Do you not know the difference in texture between candy shelling and rubber?
@M0RT0S, it's more a problem for younger children. Though I guess you shouldn't give gumballs to young children either
They should add marbles too
Guys hear me out, a gum ball machine but it drops a random d20. Like you pay a dollar and you get a random die. Would you spin it once or twice if you were in a dice shop ?
Who has the real balls?
Is that illegal? That seems like it could be illegal
@Anonymous Jack III, probably not technically illegal, but there's probably enough precedence to get their asses handed to them in a civil suit.
@riidii, if kinder surprise can be banned for a capsule containing a toy hidden in chocolate then a gumball machine containing a nondescript mix of both gumballs and bouncy balls, if it's not illegal now, it most certainly will be once the first dumb@ss decides to sue
@PunnyBaker, legislators that make make and pass such laws are notoriously lazy, extremely slow, or are unable to agree. Add to that the complexities of wording such laws so they make some semblance of sense, are enforceable, and will hold up in court, and many such laws never actually make it to the books. I'm not saying that some such law doesn't or won't exist, but I'd bet money against it, at least until some "important" kid dies from choking on a rubber ball.
