Bruh, WW1 was caused by the death of the brother of the emperor of Austro-Hungary (along with German imperialism) and WW2 was caused by German imperialism and the extermination of a race. The death of one cvnt won't cause anything. The world has been closer to it plenty of times before and nothing's happened
@The Landshark , my only small problem here is the causes of WWI. Ferdinand's murder was one of many possible sparks. The bed of tinder wasn't just German imperialism but overall Nationalism and a populace who had only seen gentleman's warfare. Interconnected alliances, Political instability, and slow communications all caused WWI. I agree with your point, just would push that we're even further from WWIII because there are far more factors that had to line up perfectly
@EVILdrPORKCHOP3, massive oversimplification, ik, but still you get what I mean. Plus, I'm certain that despite how scary Trump, Putin, Jinping, and Kim act and think they are, no one wants a war that'll kill hundreds of millions. It's an insane waste of money, resources, lives, etc. At most we'd fall back into another Cold War
@The Landshark , technically ww1 started because of the death of "one cunt". Tho more than that and similarly the situation between US and iran is more than just the death of a general
@Basil Fawlty, no country is trying to expand their territories, we've already seen the horrors that a world war can bring without the use of nukes, and there have been plenty of moments in history that could have sparked WW3, much greater than the death of this cunt
@The Landshark , death of one cvnt sparked WW1... if I were an Iranian I'd also chant death to the nation that destabilized, controls, exploits, and attacks my people.
Sometimes one person is symbol enough start these wars
I haven’t seen this much hysteria since 12/31/2011
@Snarfel Burger, Reminds me of the ebola scare. People are silly
@Snarfel Burger, I stand by that hysteria. How dare Phish play Madison Square Garden!
@Snarfel Burger, do you mean 12/21/2012? When everyone thought the world was gonna end?
@Xenn, yes, but there was hysteria leading up to and then that entire year.
Stop trying to sympathise with Iran. They're all chanting death to the US. It's like trying to sympathise with the KKK while they chant death to blacks.
@Tentastic, I agree and disagree. Their leaders suck ass and have a hard-on for wanting to watch the US suffer. But I'm almost certain that the vast majority of the population hates living the way they do, don't hate the US, and probably even want to westernize since, well who doesn't like being free
@The Landshark , I do agree that it's absurd to say that the entire nation hates us because it generalizes a group of people. But at the same time, I do think a majority hate the US. It's cause we've been at eachothers necks for a while, and they're a militant nation. They've been born and raised to hate the US in that system, the same way we've been born and raised to be generally democratic and have morals against war and killing people.
You couldn't imagine a crowd of people in the US chanting "war war war" could you? it's cause a vast majority of us don't want war and don't want conflict.
Well the reason Iran is chanting for war is cause they have been bred and raised to want that and US to fall
@Tentastic, Sorry what? If any nation kills any defense minister what-what of USA via missile, it will be a declaration of war, and the US would chant for death. USA did actually do this to Iran, and the only reason it wasn't a declaration is because Iran can't take the US in a fight.
To speak as if your nation, built on bullying and exploiting smaller nations since the end of most slavery, is moral, is equally as crazy as jihadi ideas.
@Tentastic, USA brought Iran to its knees, helped destroy its political landscape, and convinced most of the West its Iranian leadership that's the problem. Go research Iran before US intervention and you will find a most liberal nation for the time. It's sad how you cannot see the blatant failings of the US as well.
@Factory BOY, You're right, the US has taken part in a bunch of sht over there and has made bad choices like in Iran, Cuba, Afghanistan, allowing bad groups to rise up in their place. I never said the us didn't fail in it's time and was always moral.
Second, I stand by the fact that the US would not chant for death. Look at Vietnam War and Korean War. A majority of the people were protesting becoming involved in these wars because it had no use. When Iran held the hostages, we didn't shout for war. We wanted people returned safely and no one harmed. Look at the Benghazi attacks. The US didn't chant for war.
So if you look at the above, it's clear that the US has learned from it's past mistakes and moved on, becoming better.
This is the US of today. Yes, it was built on destruction. We can't change what we did in the past. But we are making better decisions.
US didn’t provoke anyone iran was plotting attacks to take american lives
@This Guy Fvcks, Iran has been pushing for this even before we pushed Iraq's stool in.
@This Guy Fvcks, if anything we’ve done our best to avoid one. In my opinion the situation was handled quite well given the circumstances
@This Guy Fvcks, The CIA has been messing with Iran since the 50s, we’re not exactly free from judgement.
@sticky 2, they’re the biggest supporters of terrorism in the world. all it takes for evil to prevail is for good folks to do nothing
@This Guy Fvcks, their leaders definitely do, the normal people like us who are also making WW3 memes definitely don’t.
@This Guy Fvcks, there are no good folks. USA helped Iran, if not fully supported it, to become what it is today. Your leaders speak of morality, but only for their own people, and so build Utopias through power and lies. Inside that Utopia, you do not see the cost on the rest to sustain it, and the immorality required for that existence of abundance
@Factory BOY, iran’s people are oppressed by their government. ask anyone from iran or google their public torture methods. it’s not hard to see who’s the bad guy here
Ppl are insane if they think another world war will start. Despite the outlandish and brash nature that the major leaders of world power have, no one is willing to literally bring about the end of the world as we know it. There are 3 things that send ppl to war Gold, God, and Geography. No one is after any of these things. Maybe North Korea but, you know, it’s North Korea.
What movie is this?
