Reminds me of their video I saw about a kid buying his passed fathers police cruiser. A guy outbid him and then gave him the keys. I’m not crying.
@LightskinDarkNig, just looked this up. If you’re not crying, I sure as hell am

"I serve the Farmer's Union."
This is a thing that has happened throughout American history
Why auction it then? Just sign the papers over and stop pissing around
@TheMightyImp, the farmers aren’t auctioning it
@Richard Cypher, yeah, I kind of thought that after posting. I guess he owed money, the debt collectors took over, couldn't do shjt with it so they auctioned to the highest bidder, and they all agreed not to bid to get it back as cheap as possible.
@TheMightyImp, family member previously sold the farm. It later went up for auction. The man and his father saved up to bid on it, not expecting to win. They put in their bid and no other bid was made. The farmers wanted the farm to go back to the historical family owners.
@jchrisgilmore , oh so, interestingly, a farmer was actually selling it, if it was a family member selling it. Just goes to show, it's not always the first person to answer who actually knows what's going on
@TheMightyImp, it does happen though when people foreclose on farms and land in rural areas that have tight nit communities that they push out and outsiders trying to bid on the property
@EdgierThe joker, yes, I'm sure it does
