While I agree, the children can also be taught very quickly to not spread their pee all over the walls. You get one not-neutered cat locked in a room by the cleaner for four hours without his litter box and from then on the cat is spraying everywhere. 3 years I didn’t have a problem with that furry little f3cker.
But enough about me, point is, kids grow up and stop doing annoying stupid stuff (dangerous stupid not included) if their parents can be bothered teaching them.
Tax stupid parents for raising annoying kids instead. Also tax stupid pet owners who don’t know how to care for an animal properly.
Last point, tax stupid cleaners who lock cats away from their litter box.
Lower rent for the better people!
@Bad Suggestions, idk man yeah children grow up eventually but the time spent listening to a child scream their head off is still annoying
@Thatbright, for real though. my buddy has the most annoying neighbors. like 5 kids and they scream all day long. Id fūckin blast them If I had to live there.
@JoeJoestar, It’s worse if the parents keep popping them out, so there’s always a kid in the annoying age range
@Thatbright, the cost to disinfect for allergies to children is much less than the cost to disinfect for allergies to pet dander
The thing is, you’re not legally allowed to consider children when setting rates and fees for housing.
Nah I agree with this, I have a family below me and their kid screams at least 5 times a day for who know how long
One of my cats is a fan of throwing up once a day. Wouldn't want to rent to that.
