What did she do though, maybe she was already unhappy and this was the thing she needed for the push to finally leave him. I need more context to condemn her to not get all her winnings, seems very selfish of the judge.

@Orlandude, couple seemed happily married. Then wife filed for divorce out of the blue. Turns out she won 1.5 million 11 days prior to filing. She failed to report the winnings in court, and therefore violated CA state asset disclosure laws. Judge awarded the husband all of the money. This was also back in 1996 and dragged to 1999
