Well, they're smokers so can we really trust their sense of what tastes good?
@Bushy Brows, they would have had pizza before they took the habit up.
So there is some truth to this.
Plus if something tastes bad when you regularly intake all the nastiness of a cigarette through your mouth then you know it's truly unacceptable
@InsaneAnimeCleavage, I mean, regular intake of something gross then changes the taste of everything you have after it. But that can be true for a lot of things - regularly chewing gum or having mints or brushing your teeth and then having orange juice for example.
@Bushy Brows, I really hate this term “smokers”, if I lit your a$$ on fire you’d smoke too.
@Bushy Brows, not smoking doesn't make you better than people who do. Yeah it's an unhealthy habit, but people like you are the reason why I have to stand 20 feet away from the entrance to any building. Stop whining and just walk past. Before you start talking about second hand smoke, know that my mom recently died of lung cancer. I know the risks, and I try to keep it away from others as much as I can, but don't act like you're better because you don't smoke.
@Not him again, I never once acted like I was better. The only thing remotely close to that would be my joke of "can we trust their sense of taste" which is a joke and not me being on a high horse.. I'm sorry about your mom but I'm not sure why that means someone can't talk about second hand smoke and since YOU brought it up - second hand smoke kills an estimated 41,000 people each year in the US alone (way more than the 13.5 thousand of gun killings by the way). So don't whine that you can't smoke near someone, it really does effect others especially if they don't get to choose if you do it or not.. I don't care if you smoke, and I don't think I'm better, but it is a health issue for people who don't want to intake that stuff.
@DRAGONSHEART2018, lol what do you want it to be called? People who smoke? Oh wait if I was on fire I'd be a person who smoked still... Uhm maybe "people who intake lit tobacco via inhalation" would be a better way of saying it to avoid confusion?
@Bushy Brows, I don't mind getting out of the way, and the second hand smoke you are talking about is in close quarters for long periods of time. Nobody is going to die from walking through a smoke cloud. Like I said I don't mind going outside or away from the doors, and that number seems awfully inflated
@Not him again, number is from the CDC. And it doesn't matter if it's less likely to cause harm in small doses, do you want to be next to someone who has a severe illness or the Corona virus? Being next to them for a second and walking through the air they breathe out might not do anything. It's not about shaming people (for being sick or smoking) it's about trying to keep things safe for everyone.
@Bushy Brows, I understand and respect the point you are trying to make, but walking through a smoke cloud isn't automatically going to give you cancer, whereas someone sneezing on you that has covid, you're pretty likely to catch it. Like I said, I'm respectful of people around me, I don't mind walking away to smoke, hell I don't even smoke in my own house, and I live alone
I like pineapple on pizza
*shoves ass into slot*
@whatthefrank, Gloryholes, now even more fun!
This is a tactic people use to get smokers to throw out their butts. Post a mildly controversial opinion out with 2 choices and smokers throw them away
@BigJohnson86, further proof, people are easily manipulated
I’d sit there and smoke a carton (200) just to fill the “no” side
@Fother Muckers, or just throw them in there I smoked and not kill yourself?
I am of the mind that pineapple works on pizza only when it has cooled to room temperature after cooking.
