And his corpse killed ten men as the horse rode on!
@megamanx181x, imagine being the guy with the cannon and excellent aim:
YEAH! I got him!!!
Wait, oooooh no!!!!
@seeUpee, somehow this is worst!!
Still not the most disturbing mythological horseman missing a body part.
@Your Waifu, yeah Nuckleeve are 10x worse. Those gave me legit night mares as a kid.
@Fairy Squad Mother, those are exactly what I was thinking of. Honestly surprised there aren't any horror games or movies featuring them.
@Your Waifu, ok so I have seen them 4 times in media. The first was in Scribblenauts on my phone. That’s what prompted me to look them up and instilled a deep fear of them in my very soul. The second was the American tv show Grimm. The third was a town destroying monstrosity in RWBY. And the most recent was in the manga Ancient Magus Bride. (That one was the only one I felt really did it justice though as it was properly horrifying. My blood stopped as I saw and recognized what it was)
@Fairy Squad Mother, oh yeah, Ancient Magus Bride is surprisingly accurate with how terrifying it's mythological creatures are considering it's primarily a romance.
@Your Waifu, Ah, the much more rare dickless horseman. Truley a terrible fate.
@The Freaking FBI, well, that's more terrifying for the horseman than for anyone else.
Ichibod crane doesn’t really sound German where’s @Apetnamedsteve I feel like she’d know this
@bobbylupo, Ichibod isn't the Headless Horseman. He's the school teacher that shows up to the town and has an encounter with the Horseman.
@Desiderata, oh yea as u can see I’m not too familiar with the story
@bobbylupo, it's okay, it's not the greatest book anyhow. Not bad, but not crazy remarkable. I like how the Johnny Depp movie turns Ichabod into a detective and shows how the world was becoming more scientific and he goes to a small town that still leans on superstition and the conflict between those two worlds.
🤔... 😂 ... 😐
Like in the movie, the Patriot.
You mean.... people dont know this? How can you not know this???
Now I’m picturing Christopher Walken grunting and growling in Tim Burton’s Sleepy Hollow.
A whole new definition of wrecking ball...
The guy who wrote Sleepy Hollow is the reason we celebrate Colombus Day. He wanted to write a biography of Colombus, but when he discovered how much horrible shìt Colombus committed, he knew no one would want to buy the book, so he basically downplayed the atrocities and pushed what little positives about Colombus there was and claimed he discovered America, which of course we know isn't true.
Later on in America, Italian immigrants started coming and they used Colombus as a way to say Italians discovered America so quit being racist towards them.
This is a fact. It happened in Mel Gibson’s “The Patriot”.
