@Mario Kart, it was a middle aged wife driving, and her husband riding shotgun. I watched as the passing happened, and she didn’t seem distracted - that’s what I thought too - I think it was just one of those things... (women drivers ammiright)

@big freedom, many people I know don’t use cruise control because it makes them more tired at the wheel. Don’t know if that was the case in your situation, but just throwing it out there.

@big freedom, kinda sounds like a driving version of leap frog. So people do for long trips, it helps them stay engaged while driving.

Got home 2 days ago driving from Tennessee to Texas. Early in the morning there was a Mercedes, also from Texas, looking like it was heading home. I left it in the dust, only for it to catch up with me in Arkansas. It didn’t take my exit to Houston. I rolled down my window and gave them a wave as they got off. Was a really cool coincidence.

Driving from MT to CO over the weekend. Speed limit 80, cruise control set at 86. I got passed by a car, so I let them set the pace for a while, then all the sudden I’m passing them, weird but ok. Then they pass me again, weird. Then they slow down and I pass them again, then they pass me again. This happens at least 6 times. Keep in mind that I have my cruise control set the whole time. Pick a damn speed and stick to it!
