The only thing that has ever really made me sweat like that at the gym was the stair master...machine built by Satan himself.
@Swolekage, I’ll let him know you appreciate his work
@Swolekage, not when you're standing behind it or beside it in a crowded gym. Or when you're appreciating the results.
@Swolekage, I heard someone say my name, what's going on now?
Best way to work out is low intensity but constant movement, keep a steady pace don’t go to heavy on the weights, if you can lift its 20 times that’s perfect, take short breaks and you’ll see a lot of results
@DrSin, i know it differs on the muscle, but I thought the average rep was around 10-12 for optimal growth. There's also different training for strength building vs body building too I believe
@DrSin, so what I'm hearing is Spencer's random 30 sec workouts from iCarly was an actual strat
@RomeoStealYoGurl, I’m speaking for losing weight and just getting into a comfy place, once you get there. You can start the muscle building process, it throws people off when they are trying to lose weight because muscle is heavier, so some people don’t see how it works and give up, you don’t wanna gain muscle right away while losing weight , you are correct in your assumption i was merely speaking on the getting fit (not muscular or buff strong)
@Snip216, maybe ..... but that’s too low
@DrSin, "low weight high rep. Good thinking. Don't want to bulk up"
-The Commander/Steve Stronghold
@DrSin, he's a Dr I would trust him.
@DrSin, that's great if it works for you but you are stupid for saying it's the best way to workout for everyone.
@DrSin, that is best for cardiovascular endurance, not for fat loss.
Thats a mixture of sweat and tears
@twopotatoes, and completely hydrated urine
@fallingback09, opposes to dehydrated urine?
@twopotatoes, yes otherwise it would be a lot more yellow and people would know
@fallingback09, if you drink a lot of water it could look pretty clear. Say you took some vitamin b12, it would come out yellow as a honeybee
If you feel a sharp pain in your chest, you're doing it right but you may want to call an ambulance just to be sure.
