Their gamertag is the name they chose for themselves
@generic zombie, not that slave name their parents gave them.
@generic zombie, my fiancee and her family all call me by my gamertag/user name that I use everywhere else and they have for 4 years. I honestly do not know if they have ever called me by my real name.
@generic zombie, And, sometimes, the name that was chosen carries more weight than the one that was given.
I've been doing this for the past 4 months or so. It's great.
@Proactive Citizenry , Been doing this for 18 years, still good.
For a few years, I moved from California to Indiana for an IT job (big company was opening a new hub, needed new employees). I was having no luck in California, so I moved there. While visiting family in California, covid shutdown happened, but i had my work laptop with me, and I've been doing work from home. Since I was wasting money renting a place in Indiana I wasn't even living, I drove to Indiana with my family to vacate my apartment, and am now living with my fam again.
However, while I lived in Indiana, I made friends at work, one of whom had a discord channel with a bunch of his friends, some I know, some I don't. Even while living in Cali helping around the house, I try to get online every so often on the discord to chat with everyone, whether it's for DnD, Among Us, or just hang out and chat.
@gunitg7007, good friend
“This is the way.”
“... the new way.”
“... the only way.”
Been playing with guys for 8 years, still on a no name basis
@mechmonsterx70, I have a buddy I've been playing with for 11, we know each other and have met up, but we still don't add each other to friends lists, we only join games using other people, just out of stubbornness at this point
I met a guy talked for about 5 months found out he lived 45 minutes away met up then we went on a 7 hour road trip to go camping. It was great now he’s in my friend group and has met every one
Incredible power! Respectable muscles!!!
