What's worse is when you're barely alive and practically dying while watching tv on the couch, then you move to your bed and all of sudden just wide awake. #fvck
@Somervillage, it's the distraction effect. With tv on, you don't have to think. When you're in bed with nothing to distract, all you can do is think.
@18bluecat, you're something of a scientist yourself
@18bluecat, well it's bs because I'm experiencing it right now.
@Somervillage, ah a friend, let us discuss our deepest regrets or embarrassing memories since thats all we can think of in bed whilst trying to sleep or any other topic other then how to sleep
A guy I hunt with can do this to the extreme. We will be watching TV, and then he'll say goodnight guys, lay down, then instant snoring. It's like he just flips a switch
I must be far from normal. I can fall asleep anyplace, anywhere, anytime. Im usually out cold in less than 3 minutes. Doesn't mean I won't be tired after I wake up though
Where in this picture are those of us that can’t sleep more than three hours
@Gallchobhair, god thats fvcked im sorry man
@GunLovingMerican, i’m used to it by now. Takes hours to get to sleep, wake up several times a night, and stay awake about 0500
Hey, maybe you are the abnormal ones.
It’s currently 4:30AM, I just woke up and can’t fall back asleep
Then you can call me Go... zzzz
Should really be reversed. Yhorm is kind of a pushover. If you die in that fight ya done messed up.
As others alluded to, I sleep super fast but I'm not well rested. I was diagnosed with a serotonin deficiency.
Lol I'm in this picture and I don't like it xD it's not always a good thing being able to instant sleep
I have a WHOOP band (if you love fitness, I would highly recommend), and it tells you have fast you fall asleep. My average is less than a minute.
For once I'm Yhorm in this situation lol
