I recon the ads need to give the viewer an incentive. For example each ad viewed will give the viewer 2c to put towards YouTube premium or something. If they have premium already then it will take off 2c from the monthly bill. but then again people will just let YouTube run with robots so.

I bet great satisfaction when you genuinely any tell what it was that you skipped. Of you are into marketing and advertising, and your product isn't obvious in the first two seconds, then you are wasting your budget, and my time
