Project Zomboid on steam. Best zombie game I've ever played, basically has the same lore as minecraft or Nazi Zombies where there is kind of a story if you pay attention. Main twist is that you start out the game and it tells you "You are already dead. This is how you died." Because no matter how careful or prepared you are, you will die eventually. And the game has a sadistic AI director just like L4D where the game will throw situations at you to fvck you over based on how you're doing so far. Devs are super awesome and have been active for a long time with their team still expanding via hiring community mod makers. it's a $15 game on steam, most realistic zombie game I've seen. If you don't mind an isometric view (like the OG Fallouts), I strongly suggest you give it a shot. You can play for a little under 2 hours, if you don't like it, you can return it, but definitely give it a looksie
Stardew Valley is how old now? They're still pushing free updates
@Desiderata, I have sunk more hours on that game than I'd be willing to admit. Not one was wasted
@HwarangAce , oh yeah totally justified. Such a great game and I can't wait for their next one called Witchbrook!
Terraria...but it’s $20 I think. Worth it though.
Yeah, but I don’t know many indie games I’ve been able to completely involve myself in and forget about everything around me. Suggestions?
@Have An Upvote, Celeste and Furi are both fantastic, if you haven't played those yet. Apparently Stardew Valley is relaxing for some people, so try that one out I guess, but for me Stardew Valley is just frustrating.
@Have An Upvote, bugsnax is addictive af
@Have An Upvote, I suggest Hollow Knight if you like metroidvania style games, and Darkest Dungeon if you’re interested in a challenging rpg with a nice lovecraftian feel
@Have An Upvote, if you like diablo, try Grim Dawn. On steam. It's fantastic
@Have An Upvote, Hiveswap! It’s set in 1994 and it shows. Plus it’s set in the Homestuck universe so there’s a TON of other content if you like it. But you don’t need an y previous knowledge to play. Plus Act 2 comes out in less then a week!
@Have An Upvote, Gris is a great indie game. It’s like Celeste but more chill. Very emotional and beautiful platform puzzle game
@Have An Upvote, Ori and the Blind Forest, Ori and the Will of the Wisps, Dead Cells, Hyper Light Drifter, Starbound, and everything other people have already mentioned
@Have An Upvote, Rain World is a beautiful game and I highly suggest it
@Toxia, I'm playing Hollow Knight recently and its depressingly sad...
...but its good so I'll play anyway
@Toxia, ruin has come to our family.
@80think08, I’ve been playing darkest dungeon off and on again for 2 years now, still haven’t beaten it cause I’m legitimately scared to go into the darkest dungeon itself. But I need to get through it soon cause next thing you know the sequel is out
@Toxia, I deinstalled it after my mvp team was killed in the sewers by two stvpid a33 worms and a pig ...never finished it either :)
Fvcking ketchup? Not even hot sauce?
@ThePandaPool , That'll be an extra 4.99
Idk crown tundra and isle seemed pretty decent for $30
Meanwhile Star Wars: squadrons just announced the impossible - a free DLC update with major additions to a full EA game
God I am hype for B-wing
I didn’t know Triple A released games as well as rowed cars.
@George Feeny, how do i obtain a row car? Can i row it myself or do i need a multiple rowers?
