@Fear Itself, look online for aftermarket parts. O'reilly and advance offer about 15-20 percent discounts for online orders. Oem parts are gonna be expensive, but if you read reviews, you can find reasonably priced parts that match oem quality for less expensive prices. Life lesson: oem doesn't always mean better, just more familiarity. Parts aren't cheap, but a good hour worth of research can save quite a bit of moneys.

@Fear Itself, I will say newer model cars suck for diy. The amount of sensors is great, until one of them malfunctions 2% out of their expected range. Then it's four hours hunting down which sensor is malfunctioning only to find a slightly un torqued nut is fvcking everything up. PSA: take your car to a mechanic/friend that's up to date on everything car related. (Coming from a shade tree mechanic with 10 years experience).
It looks so bad, I'm already disappointed
