@TheSilverMelody, when i was on a diet once i stopped adding salt to food and no sugar. The only salt or sugar I ate came from it naturally in meat, fruit, or veggies (no wheat/rice). After about a month, veggies began to taste sweet and fruit was like candy. Meat had flavor, even eggs had a unique flavor. I even ate potatoes and noticed a flavor. I continued this diet for 2-3 years then met my current wife. She served me eggs once with minimal salt and i asked her why she put so much salt, when in fact she only added a pinch to three eggs. Ever since then sugar and salt were introduced back into my diet and i miss the natural flavors. And she thinks im crazy when i say eggs have a taste and she says they are bland, like water.
Even without salt, you'd be able to taste something though... Unless you're eating tofu or plain noodles or some shjt
