I lost 30 lbs this year. It can be done... I’ve been fat since 4th grade, I’m 50... now a size 10, not a stick figure, but no longer unhealthy
Had stomach problems back in April that made me decide to cut back a lot on sugar, fried shjt, carbs, and milk products. Long story short, three months later I've lost like 20 lbs and gone down a pant size without meaning to. I was literally just too scared to eat certain shjt and now it's just habit. I've also cut back on caffeine so I feel slightly less anxiety.
