These dogs do get older. They tend to grow to the same size as a standard cocker spaniel. While still adorable when older , they are not a 'forever puppy'.
It's crazy what people can do these days, some dog scientists probably got together and sh*t and did some genetic biology voodoo and the only way I could think of doing this is by using an Everstone :/
