@Doctor Yak, it depends on where you live, and the tow companies in your area. I had a similar situation once. A dude would routinely park in a single exit lane from an apartment. I called the apartment manager, tow company, and cops...all of which couldnt/wouldnt do anything about it due to various different technicalities. Talking to the guy was also unsuccessful. I found a way to open his car, put it in neutral, and push the car out into the middle of the street. At that point, blocking traffic, the cops would then actually do something about. F—k that dude, and those apartment managers.

@HonorableSquidman, depends on the property. Totaling a car? Of course not. If it's say, leaving ascratch because you had to open your car door into the side of theirs because they parked to close to you, too bad for them. People are too selfish and don't consider how their actions impact others. I have no problem with some life lessons along the way. Within reason. In this instance here, it's unreasonable.
