🤢 As a recovering alcoholic, the sight of four locos make me nauseous.
@Have An Upvote, seriously, that stuff is rotgut. I surpassed my demons and occasionally have a michilada but I just cringe at the sight of these cans as well.
@Have An Upvote, I just bought this new stuff called Pregame by four loko and really anxious to try it out. Come in a plastic flask bottle
@Have An Upvote, as a current alcoholic same
@Have An Upvote, as someone who just drinks socially, I get sick to the sight of these too.
@Your Darkest Secret, oh god I can't imagine how bad that is.
@Have An Upvote, never tried it, what's wrong with four loko
@MrWonka, think of the worst tasting energy drink you can imagine, now add 15% ABV malt liquor to it.
@Have An Upvote, as a nonalcoholic who only drinks occasionally, Four Loko is the BEST! Cheap and it smacks you in the face! Hold your breath and let ‘er rip!!!!
This is kind of cool. Make the game oil and water. Where one liquid rises to the top. So oil is trying to force water into losing or tieing while waters trying to out play oil.
For this to work oil would need to go first.
Edit: warning, this thread became a conversation from a separate picture.
there's politics in these waters, so tread carefully.
@That one lurker, probably get one helluva buzz before the imminent death that follows, just gotta down it all for the full effect.
BTW, I'm past our little riff the other day. What happens on a pic, stays on that pic
@Not him again, I was meaning actual oil and water. With the goal to connect 4. Since the oil would rise to the top. I thought it would be fun at the time.
Ps. I wouldn't call that a riff. I'm only sad you didn't continue.
Since you brought it up, did you look at the link I sent you?
@That one lurker, I didnt even see the link. After you and your little brother started calling me retarded I just stopped paying attention, which is why I stopped commenting (also which, by the way, very respected in a serious debate over something). But as I can see, your feelings are still hurt. I wasn't going to hold a grudge for your behavior, but I can see that you still hold one. See, this is why I dislike Trump. He's made his whole presidency focused on turning Americans against each other in the same sleazy ways that he's conducted business throughout his entire lifetime. There wasn't rioting in the streets when the first black man got elected not one, but twice, but as soon as he got up there is when this all began. It says something about a man when even members of his own party are trying to distance themselves from him. He claims he made America "great again", when in fact he's made it more divided than ever. If it were up to me, neither of the fools up for election...
@That one lurker, and if he were smart enough to see hindsight, if the election is withheld, do you realize who becomes interim president? Tell me, who is it? Do you even know the answer to that question?
@Not him again, to answer the question I think you're asking, if the election gets elongated past like jan. 21 it's the speaker of the house majority. Currently Nancy Pelosi. If that's not what you mean then go ahead and clarify.
To the original point, why are you mad that I sent you a link to your own argument?
If you read my response to the other guy you'd understand I was scolding him, over what you are doing now. Acting hysterical.
Lastly I do not think you're retarded, I think you believe absurdist things that makes you hate the guy.
I can agree on him having a poor demeanor, he had no experience walking in, he was a massive gamble. I voted against Hillary. I liked a few things Trump was saying, but ultimately it was Hillary.
Four years under his belt and the dems has done nothing, said nothing, and keep lighting their hair on fire.
Vote for your conscience, I won't stop you, in fact I implore you. So that you can sleep well at night, vote your conscience.
@That one lurker, that is what I was referring to. I'll also admit cockholesbro or whatever his name was got me riled up, and I think I may have gotten some of the responses I sent to you mixed up with those meant for him, and for that I apologize. I think you and I could have had a much more civilized conversation. To be honest, I didnt vote at all last term, and for his first year or so, he actually did ok by my book. But once all the allegations started coming against him, and he would just oust anyone backing them, is when I saw the real Trump he's always been, expose himself. Like I said, either way this election goes, there is going to be a lot of unrest in the public. That's my biggest fear. Now I'm not going to go wandering the streets armed to the teeth, but I've got a 93 year old grandfather, a older father, a younger sister, a girlfriend, and friends to look after. I've never looked for a fight, but I will stand my ground if it comes to me.
@That one lurker, and I agree, the dems have done nothing but add fuel to a forest fire. In my opinion, no matter who is elected, people should just mind their own business instead of throwing so much hatred towards the "opposition". All this race garbage the media is blowing out of proportion. Hell my next door neighbor is black, and saw me out working on one of my trucks and asked if I could give him a jump, so I grabbed another one and got him, then I got my stethoscope (yes they make automotive ones, if you didn't know), and listened to his other car and told him to go get his money back for the new engine he just bought for it, bc it's fvcked. Not saying I'm white guy of the month, what I'm saying is all the garbage people hear on the news about is total bull.
@Not him again, I agree whole heartedly, half the reason I hated Hillary was cause she was racist. On that do you see who the dems are couting? Literal white supremacist that believe black people need help because of their skin "being lesser", get that f@cken shįt out of here. These people are brain washed cultist.
Do you watch any body, like for news?
I'm only asking since you may not have known where the trump 80s thing came from.
Also, had you heard of that dossier before my post?
@That one lurker, I don't watch or follow anyone in particular, but have seen numerous documentaries about his life, plus I was born in the 80's, so the media was all over him for the next decade. He knew he was basically untouchable no matter what he did, so he just did it. And he came full circle about halfway through this term. I'm not saying I wouldn't have done anything differently back then if I were him, but if I did, I would expect to get away with the same amount of leeway as he has his entire life, and I just dont think a person with that mentality should have that amount of power. He just kind of wings it like he's always done, and while he managed to wind up on top in business ventures (only with support from foreign, mainly Russian investors), he should not deal in politics the same way. I think it's reckless, and an endangerment to the American people. But we've already crossed the bridge on who is president matters so much as that we are all turning against each other...
@That one lurker, like you said all these white supremacist groups, blacks wanting to defend police, we went down the rabbit hole and we are almost at the bottom, and I dont think it really falls on Trump, the reps, or the dems, that this happened. It's all these people with an IQ of about 60 just going into the streets and destroying everything around them because they think that they will start some sort of uprising. I live in STL city, in the 3rd wealthiest neighborhood of about 30 or so. This all started with the Michael Brown "protests" in Ferguson, which is STL County, but still only about 25 miles from my house. Now it's happening all over the country, and getting more violent with each instance. There's just no need for it.
@Not him again, ok, I don't put much stock in documentaries since they are narrative driven instead of factually. It's sad to say I can't even point you to a guy really, politically even for a conservative you're kind of out in the weeds an you haven't really explained how you're conservative. So I don't know if you'd even watch anyone I recommend. The only Anti-Trump guy I followed disliked him out of principal and behavior. But the moment the riot started, he tryed bringing the troops back home, and record peace deals between the UAE and Israel. It turned him around. This lefty liberal who wants end war voting for Trump just cause it'll bring us closer to peace in the middle east.
Now I'm out of anti Trump voices that disagree based on policy.
Trump even banned the teaching of Critical Race Theory in government. The doctrine this cults been preaching, no longer being subsidized by our taxes.
@That one lurker, I think it was called American Greed, and it was definitely fact based, but that might not be the show, so don't quote me on that. They had actual interviews with several of the people featured on there. I haven't heard of the Critical Race Theory thing, I'll have to look into that, but judging solely by the name, it sounds like something dumb lol. But I'll look into it bc now I'm interested. My main problem with Trump aren't exactly his goals, I just don't find him trustworthy, he tends to ignore what advisors tell him, and if things go sideways, he never admits the blame, and outright attacks/blames opposers, usually dems, but many times a single person. I think that he means well, but if he would actually listen to what people with way more knowledge and experience than he has. And I don't expect any president to have all the answers to everything, which is why they have advisors, but when they start stacking the deck with yes-men and women, that becomes an issue.
@Not him again, do you know what happened with the wall? You saying he doesn't take advice from people that know better. He said on campaign 20foot concrete wall from sea to shining sea. Border control agents said they needed to see through it and he didn't argue with them. Started commissioning prototypes.
I'd say that most definitely Trump is the most unorthodox president we've ever had. He has a goal and he trys to get that goal. I understand what you're saying about yes men, but most of the guys he let go was open leakers, and burned at the stake for the russian conspiracy allegation. Paul manafort is the perfect expandable, the guy got caught "lying" to FBI officials. When it was that he misremembered a simple conversation. I could forward you a legal chanel that's looked into the case and the current litigations, if you'd want.
@Not him again, I don't know why I don't have the same issues about it as you do. I think the demonization from the media has numbed me, but it could be more simplified by a turn of phrase.
Odin set out to kill the ice giants, and I don't see any ice giants any more.
Trumps goals was against nebulous things with real world implications. Destroy NAFTA, Paris climate Accords, remove us from TPP, build a wall and drastically improve the economy for the working class.
He's working on the wall now, but his people's taken care of all of his other goals. What we got as a by products is astounding as well, human trafficking in the United States has been dramatically lowered and it's getting harder to ship in narcotics. Our trade war with China has maybe held us back from a worse pandemic. And the mere fact that he had the balls to do what politicians have been promising since Bush senior is astounding. He moved our Embassy in Israel to Jerusalem. Now Muslims are recognizing Israel as a state
@That one lurker, a clinton-era Democrat, would have been re-elected. On just one of those things.
@That one lurker, im not necessarily arguing that he was a horrible president, as he has accomplished things, but even as you said, in unorthodox ways. That is what frightens me. I just personally believe that he has a hidden, long term agenda that has yet to reveal itself. It's just who he is as a person, and always has been. However, I don't think he is nearly as dubious as Dubya was, especially with his Cheney at his side, with all of the Halliburton ties along with Blackwater and both of them having long and sometimes nefarious ties to the CIA. If Trump is re-elected, I would like him a lot better if he just stopped blaming dems for everything bad that happens (which, admittedly many are behind letting this all happen), and work more towards unifying American citizens again, and to just listen to his advisors more. That said, I don't trust Biden either, because he's going to let all these left extremists get away with everything, including idiotic things like defunding police.....
@That one lurker, disarming citizens with legal firearms (i.e. people like me), and the list goes on. So honestly, while I strongly disagree with the way Trump handles many things simply because he believes his way is the only way, I would much rather see the National Guard rolling through the streets than a bunch of angry civilians just looking for a reason to get "triggered" (a term I absolutely despise BTW) over anything that the little babies don't get to go their way. So all said and all that we debated over, odds are still that I will vote republican, but as I said earlier, there is going to be a lot of public unrest regardless of the outcome of this election. It's almost turning into another civil war, and I want someone with the balls to say, no, this is how it's going to be, regardless of whatever that states senators wants. Hell, I wish they would bring the NG here to Missouri, because (violent) crime is rising exponentially, and if they start defunding police......
@That one lurker, ....it's only going to get worse, and I'll be damned if they are going to try to come in my house and de-weaponize legal, law abiding citizens like me.
So in the end, as much as I personally do not approve of many of his character traits, and the attitudes of a lot of his supporters, I'm even more weary of having someone in office who is just going to bend to what his constituents want, which is basically no government intervention, a major factor is the "protests" (rioting and violence).
@Not him again, I hear what you're saying man, all the problems across the nation, especially out in Portland. These people are so crazy, but did you hear how Trump was taking care of it?
The problem that's been going on is that the DA( district attorney) is purposely not charging the rioters, and in fact letting them get off to back and riot some more. So after some time, around day 80, Trump deputized several members of the Portland Police Station into the fed. Bumping up the crimes these rioters were doing to being a federal problem and not a state problem. He in three nights got a lot of the agitators leave actual protesters behind.
Cause here's the thing, I agree with you, the catharsis I'd feel of these people getting what they deserve from the NG would be great. But the media would swing a lot of sympathy over to the insurrectionist.
So Trump just made sure to get the guys that have been charged have their day in court.
@That one lurker, the media is a big problem too in inciting the riots, but unfortunately there's not much anyone in the government can do about that. Also, while I whole heartily agree racism is definitely an issue on both sides of the coin and something needs to be done about it, it's definitely not helping the BLM movement when they are the ones who are the aggressors
@Not him again, I get what you're saying. I'll end my half on this note.
First I'm glad you came back cooled off and willing to talk, it's hard for any body to set down now and days to talk about this stuff, even thou we most likely disagree still on Trump. I'm glad we could still talk and find common ground on the founding principles of america. Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Secondly, BLM has a massive racism problem, and I blame this on leftist. Now, to specify. There is a massive divide between liberals and leftist. Most of that divide is on race and racism. Leftist in California are trying to remove the civil rights portion out of their legislature. It's called prop 209, you could find it on ballotpedia.
Where I do agree with the both sides portion I find it odd. Rep try to remove a lot of the racists from their party, and we'll still get demonized. While you have the Dems elect Robert Byrd for 51 years, a literal Grand Dragon of the klan.
Ages 14 and up, I dont even think thats European.
Four Loko is the Mad Dog 20/20 of people who are 8-10 years younger than me.
If you don't know what Mad Dog is, you can blog about it on your twittagram with some pound signs, I mean hashtags.
@megamanx181x, I bet you know about the ole Dog, and I bet @seeUpee, still drinks it. I probably would too if it weren't for that godforsaken yellow flavor, because I'm definitely still that hoosier
