Slightly related. My husband and I went to Vegas recently and we had some edibles left over. He wouldn’t let me take them home on the plane, he was too nervous I’d be arrested. I insisted that as long as I take it out of the THC label packing they’ll think it’s just a snack but he didn’t budge. He agreed to 2 little squares of chocolate in my suitcase. Fast forward to Dallas, our layover, we missed our connecting flight, (thanks AA) and had to stay the night. In the morning he made me eat my chocolate before going through TSA again. I agreed because you never know if Dallas will randomly have some dogs there or something who knows. Anyways long story short I totally could have brought back all the edibles we had left without any problems. Just don’t look like a jack@ass and make sure you keep them separate from any items that would need extra attention. Edibles in carry on suitcase, 1 qt liquids in personal item/backpack.
That’s what you get for flipping your hair back into somebody else’s seat space.
