@That one lurker, I agree, but just because he’s having screen time there doesn’t mean he always does. He might not even be with his parents. I try very hard to limit screen time for my daughter, but if either of her grandmothers are left to watch her, the first thing they do is pull out their damn phones for her to play with. It infuriates me. I’m just saying that you can’t judge the quality of a kid’s upbringing by a six-second clip where you can’t even tell who the kid is with.

@Rook, my problem is with his reaction, not necessarily with his upbringing. The fact he's at a dinner table with a phone actively playing something shows this could be normal. That aside. He goes through a roller coaster in the moment trying to figure out if he likes it. So putting this together. The kid doesn't mind the texture. Seems to like the taste. And he looks like he's enjoying it just by looking in his eyes. But why doesn't he ask for more? Kids are greedy, selfish, and attracted to stimuli. If that dopamine button got hit, then he should be asking for more. Lastly, I don't know this kid, the phone was the first thing I noticed, I don't know if the kid does pixie sticks off of Dora's fivehead. All I know is some people's only purpose is to max out a childs joy, with no fore thought on consequences.
I think pumpkin pie is gross
