@ZeroG1422, continued: it was also very busy so the queues were very long and took ages to get through security and so on. Nearing the end there was another sniffer dog and it came right up to me and I could just feel my stomach about to explode… it was not a pleasant experience. TL:DR - I sh!t myself at an airport

Something like this happened to me - My family has a farm in Utah and I’d go over during my undergrad to help out and run around in the hills -hunting, shooting, regular redneck stuff. One time my grandma was cleaning the house and slipped a bunch of .223 rounds that had been sitting around into my backpack so the younger kids wouldn’t find and play with them. Fast forward 2 months, Imm trying to fly to Alaska (with this same backpack) and TSA finds the live ammo and starts interrogating me. After explaining what must have happened, the TSA guy and cops were surprisingly chill about a few rifle rounds. Said they find actual guns in carry-ons all the time. Everything worked out okay, but I’m probably on a watchlist now.
Firstly some background info for the story ahead. I have never smoked or done drugs, not even weed (UK resident so still illegal as far as I’m aware). I barely even drink, only being tipsy once in my life. I was on my last day on a Vegas holiday and was searching the room just to make sure I hadn’t left anything behind. I checked in the safe and discovered that the bottom of the safe was covered by a mat that I could lift and thought I’d better check under the mat just in case anything had fallen under it. I ended up finding a baggie of what I assumed to be cocaine and freaked out, thoroughly washing my hands and so on. When I got to the airport I saw there were sniffer dogs and was convinced they’d be able to smell it on me and was going to get stopped and I started to get very nervous and felt very unwell. Even to the point that I kept going to the bathroom and thought I’d get stopped by a guard like “you keep going to the bathroom, are you smuggling drugs up there?!”
