@jaski, most of them are trolls. Before I left FB I trolled those groups. They have a small fringe membership that is very real in their belief. Check out Nathan Thompson. Guy is nutso. He was in that documentary Behind The Curve on Netflix.

I started using Half Dome at Yosemite as an example. Show people a picture from a distance and they say it is round. Show them a picture taken of the top by someone standing on it and it looks flat.

If you view the pixels of the photo at a microscopic level, the horizon does actually curve. What a fail.

I guess they ignored the picture the guy took from the top of Mount Everest where you can see the curve.

@FaceGhost, they actually debunked that one. The original one doesn’t show extreme curve like that. But make no mistakes, the bitch is round.
