@SimonPetrikov, yeah, I have really let myself go, and have been putting of going back to the gym (enjoying the extra $75 a month I have been saving), when I realized I can do push-ups, sit-ups, and squats all day for free (big brain moment, I know). So now I do a set of each every time it crosses my mind and it’s been 2 weeks and I can already see a difference.
They said the workout wasn’t that hard, but my head freaking hurts!
