@CaptainCrunchyCvnt, id vote for him
@CaptainCrunchyCvnt, better than any other 2024 big party standard bearer guaranteed.
@Hoban Washburne, absolutely
@Hoban Washburne, at this point it's worth a shot. We need someone to bridge the gap between old and young and who has a good heart. He's all of that
@CaptainCrunchyCvnt, what are NFT’s???
@celtics313131, nice try Chaos
@celtics313131, Non Fungible Tokens. They are basically digital receipts that exist on a crypto Blockchain. Right now everyone is throwing things to do with them at a wall to see what sticks. I personally don't see potential in the art and digital trading card sector unless you're doing something gaming related. It's going to crash and crash hard but there are a couple of video games that might show the long term potential that take advantage of them to to let you "own" what you have in the game and you can sell the assets for crypto.
@Slayer9200, thanks so much for taking time to explain that!!! But I still don’t understand what you just said! I’m really sorry, I’m not trolling, I just don’t get it…..
@celtics313131, it's all good. NFTs are honestly a little bit complicated like anything in the crypto market but you can think of them as a certificate of authenticity/ownership. The Blockchain locks in who "owns" what, and it can't really be faked. So for example there's a game called My Crypto Heros that uses the Blockchain to track ownership of the heros/equipment that you own. You can trade those in game items for actual cryptocurrency and then buy another that you think will be worth more later. They distribute a certain number of a hero/equipment and after that your only way to get them is to buy them. But the TL;DR concept is that you "own" an asset and it's ownership is tracked with the blockchain
@Slayer9200, ok! Why do people hate them
@celtics313131, I can't speak for everyone but it's not that I hate them. It's just that a lot of the ways people are trying to use them are blatant cash grabs. Art should not be an NFT. Look at the marvel ones where they basically took a dump on Stan Lee's grave for money. But I do see their potential. In gaming where a game based on it, not as an aside, maybe even some instances like medical records, where in order to get consent to retrieve them you'd have to verify that the recipient is allowed to view them, or shows where the audience gets to participate in what happens. They would vote on what choice a character makes or what event happens next and an NFT would serve as a verification that you voted. I don't hate them I hate what people are trying to do with them. Art is a BS way to do things because I can take a screen shot or left click and save an image. It isn't useful in that respect but I see potential elsewhere.
Agreed. But also this has been a rich fvck move for generations and hundreds if not thousands of years.
I agree with him, additionally I hate NFTs, but it’s also ironic that he is low-key hypocritical, since actors are some of the highest paid artists, and you can never truly own their art, and you can go to prison for merely copying it
Kudos to Hunter Biden for his amazing art work and experience that is bringing people together
Is Keanu the anti musk?
Keanu is the second coming of Christ
Nft big dumb
@Lord Manbearpig, yeah it is. it’s also made me a lot of money.
@x2 6x 9 lol, I would never knock down a person for trying to make money in any way they can. But don’t try to fool me it is good. Objectively, NFT’s are dumb ideas. Can make people rich. That’s good. I don’t go to forums and argue with pro NFT people. Do your thing bro. Make your money.
