I think it’s looped halfway through a rotation, but it’s timed very nicely. I can’t spot the break point. It being halfway through a loop is why it seems like they change positions.

That one with the scary eyes and pointy ears freaks me out when he goes normal, and then a different one becomes the freaky looking one.
