Buy a pc as soon as possible. The dollar is in a tail spin, so you need to spend instead of saving.
We're trying to force Russia into a war to allow China to take Taiwan while our guard is down.
If we're able to start a conflict with Russia. Computer parts will get a lot cheaper, and a lot more shotty.
So way your thought on high-quality Taiwan Goods.
Or a junky Mickey Mouse turd made with comi funny money.
@That one lurker, uh... Well.... I agree about the dollar losing value....
@That one lurker, yeah, no. Look, Biden OR Trump wouldn't let a huge thing like Taiwan happen allowing a strengthened Chinese position. The U.S. Hegemony is in a precarious position, but war with Russia, conventional or otherwise, is literally Russia's last play before they collapse due to insufficient birth rate and China's not far behind though they have some bigger economic cards to play and similarly are looking to take Taiwan before the generation dies out.
If the U.S. steps in with Russia and prevents China from overtaking Taiwan and via war gains right to interfere with China's Kazakstanian highway development, we can crush China with a stranglehold on trade never needing to set foot on the mainland and preserve our hegemony in the world
@Sven and Otar, you misunderstanding and misrepresent. I would like you to do some research into Biden, he has bragged that he has the most time with ji Jin ping then any other world leader. To the point that Biden quotes communist era Chinese propaganda in some of his speeches.
His son has illicit business deals with the Communist Chinese party directly where the Chinese Communist party is funneling cash into Biden's pockets.
After the US for draw and Pakistan China swooped in and took over the mining operations there becoming the world's leader and the production of silicone owning 80% of its production. The US owns 5%.
China is looking to destroy Taiwan and turn it around. Biden is putting US troops where they don't belong.
Ukraine is a NATO priority with supplemental help. Where we need to be strong to China.
So no this isn't about both sidesism. Joe Biden is in China's pocket.
@That one lurker, losing Taiwan would be a sad day indeed.
@Factory BOY, losing a dog is a sad day. Man kind becoming economically subsuvent to a goverment worse then the nazis.
That's more then a sad day.
@Sven and Otar, I’m curious to know how you think we are the ones who win if we stop trade with china. We get the vast majority of our goods from there, we will suffer far sooner than theywill
@Factory BOY, half of my family lives in Taiwan, and not a day goes by that I’m not thinking about what will happen to them in the near future. The world is in a really bad place right now and all I want is for good people to come out on top.
@JoeJoestar, we will suffer, don't get me wrong, but China cannot survive without us and the rest of the world. We are also one of only a few nations actually capable of full self-sufficiency in terms of key manufacturing.
Trump actually did do a really solid thing shortly after the onset of the pandemic and us realizing how fvcked we'd be if China cut us off, he began recruiting a manufacturing base here and across multiple more heavily allied nations for the necessities and medical tech/equipement through tax incentives and other things. All of which Biden has been plenty wise enough to leave in place.
We cease trade with China and cut them off economically? They completely collapse because they pay 90% of their people literal subsistence wages and rely on foreign trade for almost all economic stimulation. The US? We would absolutely be hurting, we'd begin paying a fair bit more for certain things, but it wouldn't be a world ending disaster
@That one lurker, your advice is to panic-buy. That is what you call stupid advice.
@Child Slapper, under socialist countries the only people who save money are fools and the mentally deficient. If Biden wants to make the dollar dirt. Then why wait spend the money before it's worthless.
@That one lurker, I always wondered what kind of idiots were the ones still selling when the markets crashed. Now I understand. People with no understanding of economics actually listen to your logic. It all makes sense now.
@Child Slapper, understand. I'm not telling you to hoard fifteen pounds of toilet paper. I'm telling you that if China gets Taiwan then the chip crisis we're seeing today will be exasperated.
The US currency is a fiat currency, it has value because we're a world economic power. Effectively people trade in US dollars because we have a large military. If we lose our respect then people start making their own currencies, making the dollar collapse into dirt.
On that note, even if nothing happens we're still printing to much money.
The printing of money floods markets and devalues savings.
Any money you're saving right now that's acquiring interest need to over the printed 7.5%yearly or the non-adjusted 15% yearly inflation.
If you don't know it's rare to get over 10% from banks, which means your savings is being drained.
Can we at least terraform mars before we destroy the planet??
This is funny, but eff poor sportsman Jason Terry
