@Shzeah, The case was dismissed, as was the appeal. Apparently she complained at the smell of fish, smoking, kids playing basketball, and demanded the neighbours silence pets, remove plants, and dim patio lighting as well. The neighbours even took steps to accommodate the crazy demands but she figured it wasn't enough. Edit: Those were long-term demands as in she wanted those to never happen again type of thing.

@spences, listen, it'll be a cold day in hell when a neighbor gets to tell me how I decorate and use my yard. There is a difference between being considerate for your sake and toning it down after a certain hour, and you trying to demand that i stop using my yard in a way that I enjoy.

@Shzeah, I also think, and I’m not 100% sure on this one so don’t quote me, but I think there was a bit of a bogan get together and car meet out the front of her place for while where they had said bbq. Only wish I could of been there
