@Duranu, this is why I don't use the types of social media they attempt to pander to. If I like their products, I buy them. If I don't like them, I don't. I don't give a flying fúck if you have anything to say because you are a business and there is no way you can speak for everyone that works for you. Your job is to provide a good or service, and not discriminate. Not try to get up on the moral soap box and pander to your audience in hopes to get an extra percent of revenue each year.
I like it when people point out how their Middle Eastern accounts or accounts in other places where these groups are actually oppressed don't change their icons or acknowledge it at all. I have nothing against anyone in the LGBTQLMNOP, people should be able to live how ever the hell they want, your life decisions don't affect me, but companies doing fake pandering is fücking dumb and people need to see past it and realize these companies don't give a shît about you, just your money, otherwise profiles for heavily oppressed countries would change as well but they won't, because that would affect their profits in those countries harshly
