@Spadez7, I've always lived in Oklahoma and I don't plan on moving to some state that's extremely overpriced for no reason. I don't care to spend 30 years of pay to buy what is basically a yard shack anywhere else. I also don't care to run into people who are going to insult others based on where they live. (And you can say you where talking about the states, but the fact is the comment was aimed at the people living there)

@The Puppet Man, true, I doubt he was, but the way someone words things dose matter and it kind of gave off a disrespectful tone. I might just be taking it the wrong way cause I've gotten so sick of the "cousin fvcker" remakes though. So I apologize for being too overly sensitive on it, I didn't mean to make it a thing. Rules for buying an affordable home. 1) Don't buy in expensive places like California or New York. 2) Buy in cheap places like Oklahoma or South Dakota. 3) Suburbs are cheaper than urban 4) Buy while a republican is president so interest rates will be lower (this is not a political statement, just a fact).
