Your breath is hot when you go "hooo". It is hot when you move your hand closer to your mouth. It's more about air speed than anything. The warm air from your lungs mixes quickly as you blow harder and as it moves the heat dissipates quickly. To test this just hold your hand close to you mouth and blow quickly.
@Assetone, thank you. I love you forever for this. Yes I tried it. Yes I was initially confused.
Why Does you write like this

Pushing air through a smaller hole makes it cooler, a larger hole makes no difference.
That’s why you see windows made of bottles with the tips facing inside the house in poorer countries.
I have absolutely no idea but my uneducated random guess is that the ha is coming from the bottom of your lungs
@lilwhiteboyz, I'm waiting for a med student to comment but I think you're on to something. I would think the velocity of the air coming out is usually higher on the "hoo" so I would think the air cools and the "ha" air deep in our lungs and belly is already so warm and not moving fast enough to cool. My uneducated analysis.
@twopotatoes, I know of a Yoga method whereby I curl my tongue to touch the roof of my mouth and quite forcibly breathe in air while doing that. By doing this the air magically cools as you breathe in, cooling my mouth by the breathe. Sounded unreal when I first heard of it, but I can succesfully do it myself
@Factory BOY, I've done that too, but I think that's normal for everyone. Think about if you burn your tongue/mouth with hot coffee or soup, the instinctual reaction is to breath in fast or forcibly to cool off the afflicted area. Unless the day is very hot or you're in an environment like a kitchen or refinery then the air should already be cool enough, and cooled further by the force induction.
@twopotatoes, *flirts with curled tongue for cool breathing
@Factory BOY, what dat tongue do tho
@lilwhiteboyz, you're an idiot
@Captain Rumble, as I already said just a shot in the dark, Mt second hypothesis and more likely is that it's just less air and has a better chance to cool down.
Its the thu’um. All dragon born can do it.
