@ReasonsAmericaSucks, I'm American and I agree with you that we suck. I'm completely ashamed of my country. I think we could learn a lot from the rest of the world. And if anyone wants to hate me because I think we need to be better than we are, then you can fck off because it is truly patriotic to want to make your country a better place and America needs a huge overhaul. We are selfish and use empty, meaningless phrases to defend our horrible behavior. We can do better.

@ReasonsAmericaSucks, I can see where you're coming from. I'm American and alot of the people here are as you describe. I believe the main problem with mankind is while the ignorant are so confident, the wise are full of doubt, which is why America, a country with a large population, can easily be seen as a disgusting place full of retards. Try not to stereotype everyone. I'm not saying you're evil or anything since we don't have the same opinion. People like that are idiots. Now people that bring up wars were we won are so ignorant, I don't believe back then people were thinking it as "saving britian", i believe it was more of helping a friend against a bully. Anyways, i'm done here. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

@ReasonsAmericaSucks, I don't know what to do with this conversation. I'm British. Not an immigrant or a second generation citizen. I'm tea-obsessed, doctor-who-loving, lets-watch-Emmerdale British. I live in one of the "whitest" parts of the country (my school of over two thousand only has a few coloured members) and I can say to you that I know plenty of English people that have butchered our language. Lets use "swag" for example; I know a range of people who actually use this word in sentences or as a comeback. Today I was waiting for an exam to start and I heard someone shout to their friend "I hope your exam is swag". Is that it proper use? I ask if it is truly just Americans that have slaughtered the English language.

@ReasonsAmericaSucks, I've taken hate on this app for comments about how I don't respect Americans as much as I respect Africans, but I actually live in America. you do not. do you judge america by what you see on the internet? what right do you have to criticize something you haven't seen for yourself? and of all the reasons for america to suck, you choose the way we speak and spell english? you obviously need t

@ReasonsAmericaSucks, all I wish to say is this: Don't let the part represent the whole. There are bad people and good people everywhere. For example, I won't assume all Brits hate the US because you do. I love Europe and I love the US. We spell differently because it was changed in an attempt to encore national pride in a seperate, NEW country. Which, might I add, is allied with the UK.

@Tenac, right everyone stop arguing! Americans are different to English people, we both have bad reputations for being led by d*ckweeds, both sucked in some wars (Vietnam, and every war ever in the English case) every country is full of idiots and bad people, whilst the British did have one of the largest empires ever and had to pay you so you didn't side with hitler in WW| WW||, but we lost to the French... THE FRENCH. Stop festering old wounds and all of you put down your bitch mints and have a pint of man the f*ck up (ps our monarchy is useless since they've been German since 1600's)

@Cmndr Shepard, to be fair I'm fairy sure at that time they were at war with France so 13 little colonies who barely had any access to weapons were not as important. ( I don't study American History here in the Great White North so I'm going off what I gathered from Assassin's Creed 3. If I'm wrong I apologize.)

@Miss Chanandler Bong, Why come to such rash conclusions? We don't all suck. Can you really say that the men and woman who searched through the aftermath of the tornado in Oklahoma knowing that they would probably be finding the mangled bodies of children but did it so that their parents might find closer suck? All the red cross VOLUNTEERS who work countless hours in and out of our country living a modest life so that people with less than me and you can survive, do they suck too? Just because there is people in this country who don't deserve to breath the same air as us, people who gamble away the hard earned money of the middle and lower classes, people who are so racist they call themselves nazis, people who gun down innocent civilians in the street to establish gang dominance, doesn't mean that the american people as a whole are bad behaved slackers. America is full of people who are here for the greater good of our nation and her people. These people are patriots.

@ReasonsAmericaSucks, my dad always asks me why I want to be a Marine and go to war for this country (which he particularly doesn't like). The reason is because I am an American patriot who loves my country, and no that does not mean I run around in my electric scooter with a gatling gun and a double extra large meal ridiculing every other country and saying mine is perfect. A true patriot sees the flaws in his country and instead of trashing it or acting like it's perfect, he sees the flaws and loves his country anyway, he strives to better it by being the best citizen he can be and for some people by going to war to defend it. Yes we do have our very fair share of idiots but that doesn't mean we are all like that, i've always loved the UK and other foreign countries and although I would never live there I would most definitely love to visit
Looks like I just logged on to... Funny Licks...
