@Deryer pro, It's a joke about Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. Raiden is able to cut his enemies and steal their electrolytes from their bodies in order to replenish his own and keep his health and fuel cells up. He does this by breaking the electrolytes (which looks a little bit like a spine) in his hand. This is the best that I can explain it. You're right though, it's not that funny.
