I'd like to do a poll! Like this comment if you support gay marriage, and like the other one if you don't. (I support it. Go gays!)
@Squishy Udders, don't mind me, just fishing for up votes
@Squishy Udders, reeeeally don't think this is the place to try a poll like this out...* backs away mathematically from incoming sh**storm*
You have to be quicker than that!
@Squishy Udders, do not start controversy among this app
@Squishy Udders, I'm fine as long as their dick stays in their pants.
@Squishy Udders, Where's the third comment for "neither supports not condemns gay marriage"?
@JubileeTheBear, then what are you. If you are indifferent that should mean you support it. If you don't care why restrict other people?
@Squishy Udders, But it's wrong. Why would you publicly support something that is wrong?
P.S. - I'm free for any questions
@Squishy Udders, read the Bible.
@Finalh0pe, Why is it wrong? Everyone should have the same rights regardless of race, religion, or sexual preference.
@Squishy Udders, I'm a Christian and I don't really care for it but I still think people should have the right to get married to whom they please. It's not like everyone is a Christian and has to go by our beliefs.
@TheAlGoreSortOfHipie, If you read Leviticus 18:6-16, you find a list of sexual sins. One of these sins is homosexuality
@Squishy Udders, this is really random..
@Finalh0pe, yeah it's so wrong to love someone. Realize you have been brainwashed please.
@TheAlGoreSortOfHipie, I am all for being a free country, one where everyone deserves equality. However, people should not be rewarded for immoral acts. I know this is an extreme example, but it's the same reason a murderer has his/her rights revoked (by being placed in prison). I am not suggesting gays be thrown in jail, but if people are openly gay, they should not have full rights
@Gatomon, I'm taking it straight from Scripture. I don't mean to be mean or rude, I just want to give as much truth as I can. That's why I am open to questions, because debates are a healthy way to settle disputes, not arguments
@Finalh0pe, Not to mention we as a country should not be supporting it
@Finalh0pe, the bible also says if a woman isn't a virgin until marriage, she should be killed. Stop the hate. it's love, gay or not.
@Finalh0pe, I am Christian and I support it. Love whoever you want to. Does it really matter?
@TheAlGoreSortOfHipie, well said. And for all those that say the bible says it is wrong: shouldn't church and state be separated?
@Squishy Udders, in order to take a proper poll, it should be unbiased. Like this comment you make, (I support it. Go gays!) is persuasion, believe it or not. It's unbalanced.
@Squishy Udders, POLITICS?? ARE YOU MAAAAAAD????
@Finalh0pe, what. So because a book written 3500 years ago says something is immoral means that people who are born that way should have their rights taken away? How do you support that?
@Gatomon, I might have just accidentally down voted you my apologies
@MusicMaker, And we haven't followed the Bible very much. If you look at our country, you would see how much of a mess we've gotten ourselves into. There was even a picture on here the other day with the subtitles "When they used to respect us, Why they don't". That picture shows the difference of having a solid biblical foundation can have
@Squishy Udders, That sounds very close to the lyrics of Miley's new song. We cannot love whoever we want, because certain things are not right to love.
@Finalh0pe, Homosexuality may be a sin, but unless I misread the Bible God forgives our sins Love is Love, simple as that
@i couldnt care less, I can support it because this book has lessons that still apply today. Also, it has archeological evidence and fulfilled prophesies to back up it's legitimacy and credibility
@Squishy Udders, you, what have you done?!?!?! A war will besiege funnypics
@Finalh0pe, I agree it has good lessons, but do you follow every law in Leviticus and Deuteronomy? You can't take the whole thing as a guide for society anymore.
@Zblaster, He does. So do your parents though. Just because he loves you and will forgive you (the same as your parents), it doesn't mean you should abuse this privilege and do what you want.
@Finalh0pe, Just letting you know, I'm a Christian also (I'm assuming you're one) but I don't blindly follow everything I read in the bible. I choose to make my own decisions and have my own opinions, and some of them happen to disagree with the bible. In fact, my minister happens to be gay. Our entire congregation accepts both her and her partner (who is the choir and junior choir director) fully. I doubt that a loving, fair god would lie them any less because of who they are.
@i couldnt care less, I do agree with laws in Leviticus in Deuteronomy. I could not recite every law in the book, but if you have any questions about a few specific laws, I am happy to help answer.
@i couldnt care less, My apologies, I forgot to address the second part of your question. The Bible was written as a guide for society. It is the purpose of the Bible to show people how to live, and what rules to live by
@Squishy Udders, I love how macklemore can make a song for gays but if someone were to make a song against it everyone would go crazy. I'm just glad im in Florida, where gay marriage is illegal
@Finalh0pe, I know what the Bible says. The Bible also says that you aren't allowed to shave your beard. Don't see anyone protesting that.
@Dead End, It by all mean should. The majority of the founding fathers have stated on multiple occasions that this is not a Christian country. Thomas Jefferson was actually an atheist.
@Finalh0pe, 3500 years ago. Society changes, Leviticus also says pigs are unclean, do you follow a kosher diet? It says you can't wear clothes of mixed fabrics, bye-bye cotton-poly shirts. You can't take it as a law book. It has important lessons, but not laws.
@MusicMaker, Yes, I am a Christian. The only reason I replied in the first place was because I knew this was wrong and that many people widely accept this as okay. To reply to your comment, I will start by saying that I do not follow blindly. I have not attended a seminary, however I do like to put in research towards different topics of the Bible, homosexuality being one of those. It is okay to make your own decisions, God gave us that right. However, you should not go against what the Bible very clearly preaches. I do not condone having a woman pastor nor a gay one, but I would much rather see someone making an effort at something right than to sit idly doing nothing. Lastly, of course God loves them. He loves everyone, but just because he loves them doesn't mean he is okay with their actions
@Squishy Udders, We all have the same rights. I'm straight and can't marry a guy.
@TheAlGoreSortOfHipie, Shaving and Homosexuality are two separate playing fields. Secondly, can you please tell me where the bible says that? I can't properly answer a question if I don't have my research to back it up
@Squishy Udders, And I gay guy can't marry another guy. WE ALL HAVE THE SAME RIGHTS! Stop bringing this up!
@Finalh0pe, Leviticus 19:27
@i couldnt care less, The Bible should not be taken literally in every context. In one of St. Paul's letters he mentioned to not let women with short hair into church meetings. Should we hate women with short hair? NO! At that time period women with short hair were prostitutes that's why they shouldn't have been let in!
@i couldnt care less, The big push for gay rights started a long time ago...it doesn't apply to our society today...how do you support it? That is exactly what you are saying when you say the Bible doesn't apply to our lives
@Finalh0pe, I would just like to add that the Bible was written during a time when women, people of other religions, and people of other races were universally oppressed by the state.
@Outdoorsman, the push for gay rights started recently. My parents can remember the first pride parades. The laws from the 21st century will seem outdated in the 56th century. My argument is perfectly valid.
@TheAlGoreSortOfHipie, You must understand that the Bible should not be taken literally at every point! And you must understand that the Bible was written a long time ago! It is not always scientifically correct, the human authors used their human knoweledge of that time! The Bible says that women with short hair should not be let into church meetings. That doesn't mean that we should hate women with short hair! At the time women with short hair were prostitutes!
@Finalh0pe, first off, I'd like to apologize for saying that you follow blindly, but I do believe that some teachings in the bible are not appropriate to use in this modern world. I am a girl, and I very much disagree with a lot of the sexism in the bible. Also, slavery was common in the bible, and praised several times. I think that we have come far enough to realize that everyone is equal. Homosexuality is just the next step. I'd also like to say that my pastor was on the path of god before realizing she was homosexual, not after as if she was trying to make up for it. I am fine with you having your own opinions, I know I can't change them. I just ask you to be more considerate towards your fellow man an refrain from being so outwardly hateful. This is not saying you can't voice your opinion, I'm just asking you to think about how it might affect those around you.
@Outdoorsman, I don't believe the Bible should be taken literally at every point. I am just saying that there is a lot of nonsensical stuff in the Bible, and just because the Bible is apparently the word of God it doesn't mean we should oppress people for something they have no control over. Religion and state must be separate.
@mikegigs, Wow this really got a lot of responses.....anyway, I don't support gays because I believe that being gay is wrong and is a sin based on the Bible. However, even thought I believe it is wrong, I do not think prohibiting gay marriage is right either. Why should I force another person to agree to my moral standard when they don't believe in it? That being said, I am not for it because I believe homosexuality is wrong. That is why I am indifferent on the issue.
@Finalh0pe, The Old Law no longer applies to us, though, so you shouldn't base your argument on Old Testament scripture.
@MusicMaker, He'll yeah!
@Professor Farnsworth, it's not really politicss.its your moral obligation to support your fellow man,no matter who they love.
@Sneaky Goldfish, Yes, but "by the law is the knowledge of sin" Romans 3:19. Besides, homosexuality is defined as a sin in the New Testament, in Romans 1:26-28 and 1 Corinthians 6:9, so if you are a Christian who takes the Bible literally, you will have to say that it is a sin to be gay.
@i couldnt care less, You are correct. In Deuteronomy 14:8, it does speak against eating pig. If you read your Bible though, you will realise that some laws changed in the New Testament, including the kosher diet
@TheAlGoreSortOfHipie, Thank you so much. I can tell you that the Bible uses the word "mar" meaning to blemish. I believe it means that you shouldn't play with different styles or try to trim certain areas and leave others in an attempt to make an overall different look. I believe this because if it was retiring to shaving, it would have used a more appropriate word choice
@TheAlGoreSortOfHipie, That is right. Looking at the history of the Bible is very important in studying the information within. This is because though part of the Bible was written in oppressed times, it was also written by different people, in different places, at different times
@JubileeTheBear, But as a Christian, it would be a sin to ban gay marriage based on my beliefs. Romans 13:1-5 says we must obey the the law of the land and as an American, the Constitution says no law shall be established respecting a certain religion.
@MusicMaker, I am very sorry I seem hateful. That is not my intent at all. I am trying my best to present a stance and back it up. I didn't want to make a stance and voice it, without then having people ask why I stand my ground. That's all I am doing
@Finalh0pe, alright. I can agree with that.
@Squishy Udders, yes. Yes it does matter to God and gays will have to stand before the Judge.
@MusicMaker, Because you didn't give me exact versus, I'm going to have to guess on what stories you are alluding to. I'll first go with your sexist comment I assume you're talking about 1 Timothy 2:12. Although you're first impression is to be offended, I just ask you to think, isn't this the same way you expect a child to act? I'm a guy, and I follow that verse. I don't have authority over my mom, and whatever her final decision is, I have to go along with it. It is saying that the man is in charge. If you disagree with this, would you also disagree with having a president who we must follow and go along with
@Fukyoudolphin, Yeah, really
@Sneaky Goldfish, The Old Law refers to the 10 commandments. If it doesn't apply to us, you would be condoning: disrespectful children, murder, cheating on your spouse, robbery, lying, and greed
@Squishy Udders, I support but I'm not gay
@Sneaky Goldfish, How can condoning sin EVER be ok? Why would God tell you that Homosexuality is wrong then say that NOT supporting homosexuality is wrong? In the instance that a government contradicts God's law or instructions, God's commandments overrule the human government's. Romans 13:1-5 seems to be dealing with laws that are in synthesis with God's laws. Ether way, I could care less whether gay marriage is passed or vetoed.
@Finalh0pe, No, the Old Law consists of the entirety of the first five books of the Old Testament. And I shouldn't have generalized like I did. The Ten Commandments remain perfectly intact in the form of the Spirit of the Law. However everything else in those five books that were stated as unclean were made clean by Jesus' sacrifice. That is what I meant to say. The passage that condemns homosexuality in the Old Testament no longer applies because it condemns it in the same sense that it condemns eating pork.
@Finalh0pe, I love how people automatically think that the Christian faith is the only one that will marry people. There are many religions out there that have no problem marrying gays. I believe it is the churches right to not marry a couple if it goes against their faith. I do not agree with denying someone's rights though.
@Finalh0pe, Sure, how is it wrong? (I don't associate myself with religion, so don't try to pull off your religous opinions as facts. If you have a valid (non-religious) (non-ridiculous) reason, state it.
@Finalh0pe, Besides, there are plenty of other verses that talk about how men and women are equal. Galatians 3:28 says all are equal: Jews and Gentiles, male and females.
@JubileeTheBear, The First Amendment isn't in contradiction to God's law. God doesn't want his commands forced on people, he wants people to follow them of their own will. The First Amendment sees to it that people are able to exercise that will.
@Sneaky Goldfish, But the problem is in Romans 1:28 and 1 Corinthians 6:9. In the New Testament homosexuality is still defined as a sin.
@JubileeTheBear, The Greek word used in 1 Corinthians 6:9 is "malakoi" which was associated more with cowardice and effeminacy.
@JubileeTheBear, ok look. The Bible is an incredibly powerful tool in today's society because of the impact it has on one person to the entire world. All religions have a similar effect. Love your religion with all of your heart, but don't you dare bring your religion into politics. (This is not directed at you, you were just the last commenter. Carry on with your beliefs.) unless you have a valid point against gay marriage that does not involve your religion, keep it to yourself and do not use it to keep someone else from being happy. Literally, that is all it really is. You are doing something rude, inconsiderate, and flat out wrong if you keep gays from getting married. It is ok to not like them for whatever reason ( even if its because you " think they're disgusting" but seriously grow up, I think mushrooms are disgusting but you don't see me trying to get them banned) but please, keep your bigotry to yourself.
@Outdoorsman, that argument is not the same. A straight man marries out of love but a gay man does not have the same right. Does that seem right to you? To not be able to marry the person you love? It's not right.
@Sneaky Goldfish, Some things were made clean, not all. Pork, for example, was made clean. Homosexuality was not. It was pronounced as a sin
@wingydingy, Do you not agree with jail or prison?
@Just Koppi Me, Considering my argument is based off of my opinion due to my faith, it appears you need proof the Bible is true. If you give me a little bit, I'll post another comment on this subject
@Finalh0pe, Alright! But don't you think that if science had proved everything in the Bible to be absolutely true that there would be more of an abundance of Christians? I mean... I don't doubt some events in the Bible did happen. I do think Jesus was real, but I don't think he was magic (I'm going to say magic) or that any crazy events went on. People back then were easily persauded and tricked, maybe they did think these things happened. Perhaps Jesus was the Criss Angel of his days.
@Finalh0pe, MY LAST REPLY. My reason for replying was because this was a popular topic which has been widely accepted, but something I knew to be wrong. It is my hope that some of you read through this and had honest questions and were genuinely concerned about what is really right. There is nothing I personally can do to change your mind. I understand some just want to mock my argument versus actually study it, but for those of you who do, I encourage you to start at truelife.org. It's not the best, but it's a great place to start. It's really hypocritical to think someone is brainwashed, lost, blind, etc. when you yourself may only have one way of thinking. I hope nobody's feelings are hurt, this night was meant to inform
@Fukyoudolphin, anything that does not relate directly to the picture, automatically gets down voted when i pass by, unless its in support of lowering the idiots who fish for up votes to help their diminished self value to getting people to click on a button that agrees with a random statement tht makes you seem like a bad person if you disagree with it.
@Finalh0pe, No, I don't disagree with that, and I was mostly referring to how women were treated during that time period. No woman was allowed to own property and several times women themselves were described as a mans property. I don't think there is any way this could NOT be offensive to a woman. All I'm saying is that there are some parts of the bible that most modern people find outrageous. Including the severe judgement on women and homosexuals.
@Finalh0pe, I know I'll totally get down voted but I totally agree with everything your saying. I don't support it at all and I have 2 sisters who are gay. Love gay people though and have nothing against them, call me old fashioned but I think marriage was meant to be between a man and a woman
@Squishy Udders, why? Really just why would you put this on funny pics? I for one don't want to be in a political debate on gays, I just wanna giggle on pics/comments. So just don't please
@Finalh0pe, I am a believer of The Lord, but if you go by that verse of the Old Testament you must go by them all. Cut off the hand that causes you to sin, every time you jack it off. Stone to death every woman that has committed adultery, etc etc. PS, John 3:16. He loves you anyways.
@Dead End, and yet our state was founded on the principles of the Christian religion. Our dollar bill has the words "in god we trust" printed in plain site and when marry by the state we are being blessed by a priest.
@Finalh0pe, Yet america was founded for freedom of belief....
@Finalh0pe, this is my opinion, but do we take the Norse religion literally, or the Egyptian, Roman, Greek? We call them mythology, and read it for the morals expressed, and it just honestly bothers me that the bible is still considered truth. It should be mythology, like all the rest.
@Squishy Udders, perhaps in future polls you should post one comment because it may screw up your findings if a person rates up one comment and the other one down, either way in this case it is pretty clear which received more votes even considering the margin of error
@Squishy Udders, lesbians are cool, as long as theyre not the butch ones who have mullets and guts bigger than their tits
@BusDriverUppercut, just saying, lesbians can look however they want and not be judged by people like you just because she doesn't abide by your standards. They obviously aren't dressing for you so why would you are anyways. Honestly, that goes with almost everything when it comes to the way a person dresses.
@Eeveenescence, you must be a lot of fun at parties.
@Finalh0pe, the bible also strictly forbids even touching a woman on her period. (Leviticus 15:19) Look, I'm a Catholic, and was raised Catholic all throughout my life. I was taught by Sunday school teachers and priests and bishops that homosexuality was wrong, but I just can not agree with them. I never thought that a loving and caring God would hate someone because of who they fall in love with. I can't help that I'm attracted to boys and not girls, just like how gay people feel attracted to one sex, whether it be the same or opposite of theirs. I really just want to say, who are we to judge? We are all humans, no one is higher than anyone else, and should love one another all the same.
@Half Canadian, I feel exactly the same way, they are humans too and they have the right to have their own ways and beliefs
@Finalh0pe, well not everyone is a Christian
@Finalh0pe, that is the most stupid comment I have ever seen and I have seen a few
@i couldnt care less, 1965 was a long time ago.
@Finalh0pe, do you eat pork? Do you wear clothes of mixed materials? Do you have tattoos? Do you know anybody who can answer yes to these things? So tell me, should they be punished for these things leviticus counts as 'wrong'? Its people like you who start wars and just cause others pain. I know plenty of supporters of the bible but ultimately believe the most inportant thing is love everyone equally
@Finalh0pe, So by that logic your saying that loving a member of the same sex, WHICH HARMS NOBODY BTW!, is on par with murdering someone?
@Finalh0pe, But why exactly is it wrong? I want to know what you truly think, without pointing to the bible as a freudian excuse to condemn homosexuality. So somebody loves the member of the same sex. Can you tell us logically what is wrong with it, without automatically pinpointing to the bible?
@Outdoorsman, my parents remember 1965, it's not actually very long ago at all.
@Finalh0pe, idk who I'm replying to. But just something to think about if gay is "normal" or "okay" as people say. Then let's think about this - let's make EVERYONE gay, since it's you know, normal. Ok so now how do we reproduce the human race? Don't tell me it's normal. No I'm not hating them or anything like that I'm just saying the truth. The plumbing isn't right. Cheers!
@Finalh0pe, Pein is the only true god. The world shall know pain. *shikigami no mai*
@Squishy Udders, you know what guys, I'm really sorry for my comment. I shouldn't judge people like that and I off ended any of you I want you to know that I'm really sorry and I got a bit carried away.
@Finalh0pe, you're kidding, right? Archeological evidence and fulfilled prophesies? Please, show me a evidence of a man turning water into wine. Tell me how it's possible to live inside of a whale. Explain to me how a man with no boat building experience built a giant ship, and how it's possible there's one that's big enough to hold two of every animal on earth. God, I'm fine with religions, but listen to reason, because these things are literally not possible according to the laws of physics.
@Jean Valjean, THANK YOU. If I could hear one, ONE, argument against gay marriage or evolution that didn't use the bible as their only point of argument, maybe I would consider not dismissing them as soon as they're said.
@MusicMaker, slavery then was a lot different then say slavery in the America's. Slavery then was not permanent and was mainly used to pay off debt. Many times, slaves of the middle eastern region during biblical times were adopted by their masters after their service. I agree with you, just wanted to clear that up
@Barbasol, going to play devil's advocate (I'm a Christian who believes in evolution and supports gay marriage) the probability of from a glob of molten rock to single cell organisms to -skip trillions of years- to humans is so so small, many statisticians would say that it is next to impossible, and for the gay marriage (which I support) it either means no new offspring would be created by them (duh) for our species to benefit, and if they use a woman for a child (forgot the term) it is technically adultery because they perform intercourse with someone who isn't their partner. Again, just playing devil's advocate so no hate please ;~;
@Finalh0pe, you are not welcome here. People like you make me sick to my stomach. This isn't what religion should be about. It shouldn't be about hate or some f*cked up superiority complex. If you want to believe in that crap go ahead it doesn't effect me. I'm a strong atheist and I support gay marriage completely. bigots like you are the reason I want to burn churches to the ground.
@JimDandy, I never said I hated anybody. Please man, just look into the Bible. I promise you won't disprove it nor will you find anything wrong with it. I said it's wrong, but I love gays just as much as I love my best friend
@Finalh0pe, ok, let me lead this up a bit. I use the windows phone app exclusively. We don't have commenting. I pulled out my old iPod to tell you this. A few years ago I left a "Christian" religion that in actuality was a cult. I had been a member for sixteen years. Even in this CULT we concitered what you're doing wrong. The bible says to attempt to convert your neighbour, if you fail, move on. Even it preached that god and state should be separate. Keep in mind this church had a third coming of Jesus Christ that was to be reviered as a god and she was a women. And they also have three Christian gods, or well three body's of god. The church may be anti gay, but they have no right to pass formal judgement in legal proceedings. Did you know most of the bible was not written by Christ or god in any form? I for one only believe the words direct from god, not arbitrary rules set by ancient bigots. You have the right to be anti gay, no one here will argue with that. But to preach it and
@Finalh0pe, use the bible as a shield, or defence of what you say, then we have a problem. And isn't that what the extremists that flew plains into the World Trade Center did? Used the quern (sorry about the misspelling) as a shield to justify their actions? Obviously your offence is much lesser than theirs but you surely see my point? And question? I'm transgender, male to female, if I were to try to get married, would that be gay marriage? According to the state, no. According to the bible? I honestly don't know. Transgender and trams sexiual people have been around far longer than the bible. In my Native American tribe they were called "Two Spirits" or in the native word "Wìnkte" (there aren't enough characters in my iPod to write the actual word) more people had been transgender than people were Christians at the time of the bible. I will never agree with what you are saying. But you have every right to say it. But you offended me when using the bible as justification for your
@Finalh0pe, words. To push the bible onto another is a far greater offence that to be gay. In fact it's discrimination. You say you were in a bible history class? Look up what happened to Christians during the time they were "oppressed" then look what they did to people when they got equal rights. It won't be in the bible because the Catholics church and King James removed many sense unseen sections. The bible you see today has been edited by an unknown amount of people. If we let an unknown amount of people write and edit a book, the original message would be lost forever. Who wrote Leviticus? He's the one that said homosexuality is wrong. (I honestly forgot who wrote it) Find me one example of when either god or Jesus said it was wrong. Like I said, I was a member of a mass, international cult. I regret it completely. But I know god loves us all for who we are, if he created us in his image and he always had a plan for us, why would he make us hated by the most "devoted" followers?
@Finalh0pe, it's one thing to talk the Christian lifestyle, but unless you walk it to the letter your words are hallow and useless. I for one love seafood (banned) Like pork (banned) am anti slavery (bible approved) am anti pedophellia (also bible approved (this will be harder to Find but I remember someone marring their nine year old niece)) am anti incest (seriously freaking common) anti polygamy (everyone it seems) and believe men and women are equal (just read any of it. A prostitute washed Jesus's feet with her hair and his fallowed were disgusted and tried to make her stop. He said let her if that's how she wants to show her dedication to god. It was at the last supper. Sorry if there were misspellings or grammar issues, I find it extremely hard to type with out my windows phone keyboard, also sorry for the rant. Religion is a hot topic for me for obvious reasons, I'm sorry to anyone I may offend with my statements, but I have history to back up my opinions...
@Ike Broflovski, looking at your comment in comparison to the fire storm of a thread... I think we can over look it.
@Squishy Udders, if it's not forced onto me and they keep it private, go ahead
@Finalh0pe, You’re wrong. Just saying
Little Johnny Jet ripped off Planes
@Fukyoudolphin, We should due the 1950's!
@Fukyoudolphin, Little Johnny Jet is an MGM short from the 1950's, 60+ years before
@Zlorg, i think he was joking
@Squishy Udders: We talkin' legal marriage, or Christian marriage? I don't have any problem with them getting legally married; Hell, one of the founding principles of this nation was separation of church and state, so by all rights they SHOULD be able to get legally married. So far as the Christian religious marriage, though, that simply can't happen by the definitions of the Christian religions. If gays want a religious marriage in addition to the legal, they should realize the flaws of Christianity and seek out or create a new religion, rather than try to change those that already exist.
@The Ancient One, 1) Its a sin to engage in sexual intercourse with the same gender, but not a sin to love and/or marry the same gender.
2) ThumbsUpMan thumbed you up because I felt you were wrongly thumbed down!
@ThumbsUpMan, its also a son to master b8, checkmate religion... Checkmate... XD
@The Ancient One, if you followed every rule in the bible, "thou shalt not wear garments of mixed fibres" or something, so the clothes you are wearing are a sin, also homosexuals should be stoned to death, also girls who watch porn should be stoned to death, and it's a sin to masturbate as said before. How much of the bible do you think we should follow again?
@ScubaDoo, That's false actually, all of those laws are old testament laws for those trying to become a priest (so that's also technically Judaism) and in the new testament Jesus comes along and says none of those apply, you just need to follow the ten commandments and love God. (More people would know this if they bothered to read the entire bible) As a Christian this really irks me when people use that to say why follow the Bible.
@Countrywide, so what you're saying, basically, is that the morals of Christianity changed over time between the old and New Testament? So why can't those morals change again now between the new and 2013? Your entire logic is flawed.
I'd like to make a poll! Like this comment if you don't support gay marriage, and like the other one if you do!
@Squishy Udders, political debates? In my funny pics?
@Tenac, its more likely than you think
@Tenac, Not in my house!
@Squishy Udders, the ammount if likes for this pol makes me feel more disgust in humanity then usual
@funonacarousel, same here... Bring it on, downvoters!!
@Depsycho, Where ever Downvoters lurk.... There in the background will be... THUMBSUPMAN!
@ThumbsUpMan, i hope you comment that every time someone says downvoters
@TheCandyManVan, Well when I'm in public, as Oprah "upvote" Winfrey, I can't exactly say that. God forbid they find out my true identity!
@funonacarousel, me too
@Squishy Udders, I think I just my vote because your name really speaks to me
@funonacarousel, It's mostly close-minded, brain-washed Christians..so I don't mind. They're in a worse state than I am, I don't support idiots and they have a choice in that matter. LGBT rights FTW!
@Squishy Udders, go to a website devoted to Internet polls, not a funny pic app that has nothing to do with your desire to boost self worth by a single like on a comment you posted on a very bias scale.
@Just Koppi Me, Yes because if we're religious and don't believe the exact same things that you do, we're automatically brainwashed and closed minded. Makes perfect sense. Not
Yeah, Disney also copied the lion king from a Japanese one
@Ottoman guy, kimba the white lion.
This plane... does it come in black?
@Batman, this isn't a car
@Moist Men, he wants the BatPlane
@Moist Men, this car is not a train.
I remember this episode! Oh how I miss my childhood!
@CorbinDallas, you are old, this is the 50s we're talking about!
@Thomas DeLonge , this was all over cartoon network in the 90's with Tom&Jerry, Tex Avery is a classic.. You must be in your training bra if you don't remember that
@CorbinDallas, oh I'm so sorry that I didn't watch cartoon network in the 90's. It was a tough time for me because my dad LEFT ME when I was 16! And our favorite channel was cartoon network.
@Thomas DeLonge , daddy issues. . Explains a lot. . You can go back to watching cartoon network
Hmmm..how about we not like any comments about anything political in my funny. How does that sound?
Like kimba the white lion and the lion king
Apparently, Goodwill takes airplanes for donation. Just a silly fact
If that's actually the storyline of Planes, it's literally just a remake of Cars with planes -_-
@SensualPeach, Pretty much.
SPOILERS! I haven't seen it yet!
All about the love and friendship, wheres the destruction?
The little plane that could. Does anybody else agree with me that some, not all, some Disney movies are a wreak? Also, don't even get me started on dream works.....
I liked both comments because I don't have an opinion
Or Cars or that Walmart ripoff Wings.
A war plane huh? Are there any humans in this movie? If not, who was at war? The freakn' vehicles!?
Thanks for the movie spoiler..
Yea it's not the first time Disney has ripped something off look at lion king
Fun fact: Planes was the first Pixar movie to get a "Rotten" rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
@Pepperidge Farms, Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Planes was by Pixar. Just Disney Animation Studios.
@Pepperidge Farms, I kind of anticipated this one to suck...
@Pepperidge Farms, Planes was not a Pixar film.
Im not sure if my toggle comments button is broken or if no one is here :/
You forgot about the washed up comedian headlining! How do you expect it to be successful without that?
