That's funny. The machine says "it I prohibited for minors to play" as if that were a deterrent. Well then again, people in Russia just do not give a fvck about such trivial things. Yes, smoking is considered trivial in Russia.

Haha! I'm Russian and the machine literally says that it is prohibited for minors to play. Americans would think that it would need some sort of security, but they legitimately do not give a fvck in Russia.

The part in the upper left says "vnimaniye vyedyetsya ..." (The long word I can't make out) and the bigger words in the centre say "nesovershyennolyetnim igrat zap..." Don't ask me what any of that means, though. The part with the control-stick-thingy looks like it says something about telephones, though (Телефон?). Mediocre Russian to the rescue!
