*proceeds to place fish bowl on oven*
@Krewkatziol, I too boil water on the oven rather than the stovetop.
@ScreamingArmadillo, but, the stovetop is on-top of the oven, so it is on the oven.
@Jyu Viole Grace, not always, that is usually just done to save space
Okay this is a long but true high school story. Honor chemistry, the teacher made us boil water then asked what was happening obviously the water was turning into water vapor, 2 groups of about 4 kids said otherwise. So he walked to there table and asked what did they think was going on, one said "it's the oxygen coming off" the other said it was hydrogen, the teacher takes out a lighter and says, "well those are both combustible gasses right? So what happen when I stick a lighter in there?" Both groups literally jumped back... A group of honors chemistry students didn't know boiling water made water vapor, needless to say most of the ppl in those groups dropped the class latter, and I lost faith in humanity
I love this show the best is when he finds out his neighbors are a gay couple hilarious episode
How I feel when I bake with my brother. *I'd be Klaus
@Oko tm, How I feel when I bake my brother.
Probably, because some experiment had to go wrong to give you a chin like that...
*proceeds to boil fish bowl*
That fish is like, "aw, fvck"
*breaking bad theme*
"The kettle's boiling!" me: i'd like to s0000ell me when the water's boiling"
Respect the Chemistry.. B*tch!

Well, depending on your elevation and atmospheric pressure, the water can come to a boil before it is 100c. This means that if you're at a higher elevation than stp, it will take longer for your food to cook. So there is some chemistry involved.
