I heard people up north call soda "pop", here in Texas we refer to all sodas as coke (ex: I would like a Large coke, ok sir, what type, Dr Pepper mam)
@Hermoso Peralta, yep, I call it pop. "Hey, can you hand me a pop?" If someone asked me for a coke I would either give them a Coca-Cola, or say "Sorry, don't have coke."
@Hermoso Peralta, yea. In Michigan, they call it pop. When my family comes down to Florida and asks for a "pop" people are like "uh wut"? I think it's weird you call them all coke.
@its super effective, I think it might be because Coca-Cola was invented in the south
@AbbyJo, when I first came to Texas it was weird (I just called it soda when I was younger), but it eventually just stuck
@Hermoso Peralta, yea probably. Unrelated, but when someone responds to my comment and I click to go to it, it brings me to a reply from StuckPixel a while back. I get so many comments that I can't find.
@its super effective, tap on your username, it shows all your activity
@Hermoso Peralta, yea I know that, but it doesn't show people's replies.
@Hermoso Peralta, yea, I use the word soda when someone looks at me weird when I say pop. Just to clarify "You know...pop...soda?" Lol
@Hermoso Peralta, in the midwest, we call them sodies. At least, most of us do
@Master Eraqus, sodie is similar to soda, very little regional confusion
@Hermoso Peralta, In California, we call sodas by their names. Ex. Can I have a Dr.Pepper? or Can I have some Sierra Mist please?
@GlennTheEnergizer, what part of California? I lived around San Jose for about 2 years when I was younger
@Master Eraqus, Idk I live in ohio (Midwest) and everyone calls it pop, just like me
@Hermoso Peralta, a lot of people in Houston call it soda. But at the same time a lot still call it coke. I prefer to call it soda cause Dr. Pepper dominates coke anyways.
@its super effective, im from florida but i call it soda...
@Thestonedtaco, me too
@Hermoso Peralta, yeah we refer to all soft drinks as coke in Alabama too.
@Debearus, yeahhhhh ohio!
@Hermoso Peralta, In Boston we call it tonic .
@Hermoso Peralta, yessss! I'm from Arkansas, and we do that. I went to Wisconsin once, and no one knew understood. They also didn't have Dr. Pepper or sweet tea in restaurants..
@Hermoso Peralta, not in New York. Call the drink by its name
@Hermoso Peralta, never heard it in New England so far
@Profile, same with California, but when is a car it's something, we ask "do you guys want some soda?"
@Hermoso Peralta, I'm from the northeast (Rhode Island) it's soda. Pop is fine but I will judge you harshly for it. Coke is in no way acceptable. That "pop" will go THROUGH your stomach if you call it coke
@Hermoso Peralta, I live in Texas and I call sodas by their name.
@Hermoso Peralta, eh not everyone calls it pop up here. It just differs between people. I hear more people call it soda, coke, or cola.
@Hermoso Peralta, it's pop in Minnesota and coke is coca-cola
@sexyvampireprincess, well we call coke, coke
@Hermoso Peralta, Here in New York (Long Island) we call it "soda", or by its proper name like Dr.Pepper or Coke. No one that lives here calls it "pop"
@Hermoso Peralta, We just say soda here in the Midwest... or the name of the soda... But I love it when people say "pop".
@Hermoso Peralta, in Jersey we just call it soda
@Hermoso Peralta, yeah, I'm from New England, and here, we just call them all "soda."
@Profile, yea that's what I do unless I don't know and am generalizing. Then it's soda. If I know it's name, why wouldn't I use it.
@Hermoso Peralta, I just call it soda -.-
@Hermoso Peralta, yes!! I live in Texarkana. Half the city's in south AR and the other half is mid TX. All you yanks. IT IS ALL. CALLED. COKE.
@Hermoso Peralta, I moved from Oregon to Texas three years ago, and when I asked someone for a pop I was confused on why they looked at me crazy and said 'pop? Did you just say pop?'
@Hermoso Peralta, in Norway when speaking English we say pop.
@Hermoso Peralta, here in California we call everything soda!
@Hermoso Peralta, I also live in Texas, but in the Dfw area, we say soda, if you say coke, you'll get a coke.
@Hermoso Peralta, I'm from Georgia and we do the same thing.
@Hermoso Peralta, uh, I'm in Texas and I refer to all sodas as "soda" ... Not sure why anyone would call it something else...
@Hermoso Peralta, that always bothered me that we do that here. I'm unsure as to why. But it does.
@D0N RAM0N, in NY its soda, just soda
@its super effective, really? I'm from Michigan and I call it soda
The face of Blanc in the third frame: ''Are you fvckin kidding me? ''
@Draven, Le Blanc
Why is the drink on his head?
@THE FRIENDZONER, why not?
@THE FRIENDZONER, Because he's Blanc.
Blanc: worth it.
Does anyone know how to upload a gif? This is my third time asking but no one replied. Finally I get here early so if anyone could help that'd be brilliant thanks
@Tyler643, I do not think that Funny Pics actually supports GIF images.
So for those of you who have been wanting to download gifs but couldn't here you go. There is an app called anime8gif and to use it you have to put a link into it and it will save the gif. To do it here you have to press the attribution link copy the URL then paste it into the Bar. YOUR WELCOME!!
Not enough comments. Am I the only one who would rather wait for more comments before looking at the new uploads..?
@Stina, idk, first?
Hi guys i just got an acount so you dont know me but it seems to me that the entire community has gotten alot hapier since the addition of gifs. Its almost like all of a sudden every one is hugging and kissing each other lol.
Haa I thought that was pretty funny... Aw who the hell threw that?!
unrelated, but anyone else remember that comment about if "Said no one ever" changed name and it would say: "i like twillight" posted by fabolusnakedgiantpinkmen. we should all everytime we see a comment by "said no one ever" reply to the comment something like "this was posted by no one ever, before his name was fabolusnakedgiantpinkmen. so new users won't think we like twilligt.
@medal delivery dad, but the replies would say "@Said By Nobody Ever" people would put two and two together.
@Master Queef, we could... eh... *head explodes*
That's funny because "blanc" means "white" in french. The more you know.
That second one must have been HARD liquor
Why did he put the can on his head
