Bill Nye! Bill Nye!
@The Hockey Pioneer, for those of you who don't understand, I said Bill Nye because he has an open letter to the president to pursued him to fund NASA with at least 1.5 billion dollars because Nye, along with others, feel that it is important that we continue striving toward the future by expanding our knowledge regarding the planets and space around us.
@The Hockey Pioneer, You should have gone with Neil deGrasse Tyson.
@The Hockey Pioneer, it should be. We give half a penny of our dollar to NASA. If we gave them a full one, Neil Degrasse Tyson predicts a moon colony in 5 years and a mars one in 15.
The government and the military are often the biggest investors in research and development, so the second part definitely makes sense
@Sexy Homunculus, fun fact, 85% of NASA's budget goes to private companies through contracts and what not, and NASA does a crapload of their own research and stuff making. Without NASA, lots of technologies like cordless appliances amd tools would not have developed like they have been.
Hey, I have an opinion! Maybe I should put it in a cartoon that's vague and doesn't address all aspects of an issue. Surely then the world will change!
@SimonPetrikov, welcome to political cartoons
@SimonPetrikov, If you don't get the point from those two frames I am sorry.
@ProfitlessProphet, I get the point, it's the bias and intentional lack of details on the opposing side
@SimonPetrikov, And why would you say it's bias?
@SimonPetrikov, Can you explain the opposite side, the one for war? I've done research, and the War on Terror has cost anywhere from $3-5 trillion (not just the $1 trillion reported by the pentagon), at least 100,000 civilian lives (that's a baseline. Studies estimate upwards of 500,000), we FUNDED the Taliban and Saddam for almost a decade, and the reason behind the 9/11 attacks was our presence in the Middle East. Why shouldn't we cut funding, giving its the exact reason bad things keep happening?
Alright I'm back, haven't been here in a while. I notice there are gifs now? Inform me if all the new events my friends? Does MACWE Invalid Chicken, and Scary Mike still rule funny pics?
@The Henchman, they've been slim. Also, now we all refer to SmegMuffin as the Supreme Overlord and we bring him cookies and stuff.
@The Henchman, no they all died. Were on our own now. Come with me if you want to live.
@The Henchman, there still here. But they rarely comment.
@The Henchman, yes, but someone gonna try to penetrate the barrier from random civilian to known commenter.
@Smeg Muffin, i could swear it was that "origamiguyljb" dude. he's cool.
@The Henchman, Meh. They dont comment enough. But I really miss Ronald Weasley
@Rosebud Tyler, Don't worry
@The Henchman, is the human analog of the suffering multitudes who like good dogs sit and lick for their reward.
@The Henchman, and jamal got lost at the store long ago
@The Henchman, We also have a whore now to!
@unknown Identity, Who are you?
@The Henchman, how long have you been gone because invalid left almost a year ago and an imposter took up the name and tried to be invalid
@origamiguyljb, he is cool. Very nice too. All around awesome guy
@Partie Aminal, invalid was here until a few months ago, I have no idea what your talking about.and he still comments on occasion
@Cumslurper69, what did you call me???
@NotMyFaultTheyreBig, you haven't been here long enough. This is before even scary mike and the Riddler were popular. It was just MACWE and Invalid Chicken. Then invalid left about a year ago...then scary mikes age came, and about 4 months ago invalid supposedly comes back but 1. Hes not funny 2. He's nothing like invalid was
@Partie Aminal, I have been here for 4 years. There was a troll for a while, I remember that. But the real invalid chicken only stopped a few months ago. And he still comments under other names. He was samsungasong. I have spoken with him through other forms of internet. I know what I'm talking about
USA needs to start spending our money on fixing our country before we fail at fixing other countries or explore the absolute nothingness of space. Dumbass politicians.
@EverRush, the US space program employed a lot of engineers who are jobless now. They need to stimulate the economy with jobs instead of packages cuz that was fun
@Thestonedtaco, you have a point, but spending money to build chunks of metal to hurl through darkness isn't the best thing for our country to do.
@EverRush, thats the thing, we could with our technology, mine another planet very profitably, but the risk and cost are too high especially with the risk to disturbing our orbit by making earth heavier and the outlying planets less. So yeah, until we defeat the engineering problems with a fusion or fission reactor in space to provide enough power to reach somewhere like mars, its not the best
Boo no politics!!
Nothing funny to say...boobs a couple updates ago...
I can't find the funny :(
@Cowsaysquack, It's funny cos it's true.

Which is funnier: violently, mathematically, or furiously?
@Gilderoy Lockhart, violently but mathematically is a close second.
