For anyone that was wondering, the two people are Bill Nye and the CEO of Answers in Genesis, a creationist website to answer scientific inquiries. This is from their famous debate not too long ago about whether creationism is viable or not as an explanation.

@LegendarySuperSaiyan, I think he handled himself respectfully. I wish he would have let Ham have it a little more as Ham threw some low blows. It's difficult to keep your respect as a scientist in a debate like that. Saying "I can't answer that because we don't know, that's why we need scientist" makes you look bad but it's the only real answer. It's easier when every answer is "because god".

To me Bill did the same thing though except he tried to hard to be funny and just came off as a bit of a dick in some parts. When you don't let people speak and things like that its hard to call it a debate and more like an immature fight

@LegendarySuperSaiyan, I agree. In all reality though you're debating apples and oranges. It's difficult to debate something faith based and something scientific. You're going to end up with the same results every time, I doubt that debate swayed anyone's beliefs one way or the other, even if they were on the fence before watching it.

@LegendarySuperSaiyan, "don't let people speak"? Neither one of them interrupted the either. Ever. I watched all 3 hours of it and there wasn't a single point where either master debater (yes, I did do that on purpose) kept the other from speaking.

Atheists need to stop feeling so high and mighty because they believe in "science and facts" even though half their "facts" are just theories (Evolution and the Big Bang) . Christians and people of other religions need to stop rejecting science because you think it denounces the bible, why couldn't god have put evolution into motion?

Ok, so on this app, I have literally never commented before. I know that this is a very hated picture and religious people in particular won't like it in most cases. But let me just say this. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. I myself am an athirst, and let me just tell you who don't know , we don't see ourselves as high and mighty. Me personally, as a kid, was bullied for it relentlessly. Both sides have their faults with certain people, but don't get such a heavy bias off of one person. That said, I'd like to think that those of us who have the cranial capacity to move past fighting about this can be friends, not mortal enemies . Thanks for your time.

Ok I'm tired of people not talking about things because they're "religiously controversial." Like imagine if I complained to my teacher that I don't believe in mathematics and it's offensive that you teach it. You can believe what you want, but you deserve to fail the class for not listening to evidence
Thanks stuckpixel, we really love religiously controversial pics instead of the ones we upload.. Now before anything starts, can we all just accept people are gonna believe different things, be tolerant, and move on without making a fuss? Thanks for your time.
