@Happytimes2012, the city is Pyongyang and the hotel is called the ryuongyung hotel, it has been classed as one of the most epic architectural failures ever as it was started 20 years ago and is still not finished, I did a case study on it in school

That whole city is just for show, it's near the border of South Korea, they built it to make it seem like North Korea is nicer than it really is. Half of those buildings below the tower don't even have windows
