@Special Kdubs, I have been thinking of doing something bigger, but I thought this was a good place to start. I don't see a whole lot of bullying in my school but I do see kids that sit by themselves at lunch or people will call others names behind their back. Everyone is different but that shouldn't be a reason to hate each other.

@Gabbyaz, well it depends how far are they are in the suicide stage. Most of the time a tiny damn piece of paper does nothing at all. Talking to them in person is much better. Mostly because you can't hug, hold, talk, or try to open up to some damn paper. Just saying if you know someone suicidal then try to gather up a few people and just talk to them.

@LovingCannibal, that's the thing though. I don't know who is suicidal or who needs help just by looking at them. I know writing two words might not mean a lot but it's a start. I am trying to think of other ways to reach out to people without putting them on the spot. I have also decided I'm not going to tolerate hearing anyone make fun of anyone else.

@Gabbyaz, Recently I've had thoughts of suicide. Im the shy quiet kid who sits by himself praying someone with more courage than me will sit down with me. In high school all my friends faded away as i saw them grow popular and had dates the norm while i spiral into depression. I always had enough smarts to do well in school w/o much effort, but now, I don't have that drive that I use to. At the rate I'm going, ill flunk out of college. I want to be able to fall in love and be loved while living my life but I just need that one interaction with someone who takes the time to be my friend or even go out of their way to help. What I'm trying to say is one act of kindness from you could save a life. I just hope mine comes before its too late because I can only hold onto that hope for so long.

@Werewolfman, Just stay strong man, I know how that can feel. It just takes time. But in other terms, what do you like to do? Thinking about those activities, is there a place that comes to mind where you can express yourself more freely? To give you an example, I used to like playing MMOs a lot online, and I would eventually join some group, guild, etc. Despite it not being as though I had true friends which i could talk to at my convenience such as school, I cherished the thought of going home to get online to spend time talking to the few friendly people who meant a lot to me. So looking back, I really miss those days, but in other ways, I'm happy I got to experience meeting such wonderful people. And mind you, this is just a simple example of my depressed self years back.

@Werewolfman, I'm a really shy person too, so I understand some of what you're going through. This app really helped though because I can comment and laugh with other people and even if I'm not in the same room as them, it feels good. Hearing you say all this makes me really want to make a difference in the lives of the kids at my school and let them know they're important.
So I've recently been writing the words "You matter." with a pencil on the books and desks at my school. There's a lot of teens committing suicide across america because of bullying and the last thing I want is something like that to happen in my school. So I think some small vandalisms is worth someone's life. What do you guys think?
