I don't wear makeup and apparently that's weird. People are always telling me, "oh you'd look so pretty with makeup." So I don't look pretty now? It makes me so mad.
@OWBOCS, be yourself. If they dont like it they can get over it. Dont let some people like that get you mad
@OWBOCS, Yeah, people need to just mind their own business. Likewise, it makes me mad when guys say "girls, you look dumb with makeup. You should be natural." Some guys have no idea what some of us would actually look like without makeup. Kudos to you if you can pull off the no makeup look!
@OWBOCS, The same thing happens to me all of the time, and I don't take any notice to them because it's my choice and no-one should have to wear makeup just because others want them to. If you have the confidence to go outside without makeup then you should be proud of that.
@OWBOCS, if you'd be pretty with make-up then I promise you're pretty without it. Unfortunately, contemporary media has skewed our perception and as far as I can tell, most people don't really what beauty is, how to find it, or just what it is that makes a girl beautiful in the first place; most people have a narrow set of physical criteria given to them by TV and magazines. Sadly, I'd even go so far as to say that many women don't really know how to use makeup. This may be a very arrogant statement, because I'm a boy. But I hate to see girls who wear it like a mask. My opinion is that it should be used to accent the best features while hiding or blending the "weaker" features; makeup should complement or enhance your face, not replace it.
@Arcanine in a tophat, I see where you're coming from, but unless you're wearing your makeup like a mask (see my previous comment) then yeah, we do have an IDEA what you look like without it. And in my experience, girls who say "Ugh! You don't know what I look like without makeup!" generally don't know how they look either. Every girl I've heard say that was beautiful, but they couldn't see it. I know that's a cliché, but it happens to be true. You can do what you like with that, believe it, don't believe it. Accept it, ignore it. Whatever. It's the truth though.
@OWBOCS, PLOT TWIST: you're a guy
@OWBOCS, my feelings exactly. I don't want to wear make up or wear heels so that makes me weird? If I look fine with out it why should I wear it
@OWBOCS, they're saying right now you're hot as hell and if you put on makeup neil patrick harris would go staright
@Katpee, biology attracts me to hourglass figures, thigh gaps, thinness and symmetrical faces. Not tv or magazines.
@OWBOCS, same here its ok
@OWBOCS, if make up didnt make girls look better, none of them would use it,,, *Embraces down votes*
@OWBOCS, you look beautiful to me random FunnyPics User :)
@OWBOCS, I prefer women with less/no make up :)
@OWBOCS, Same here. I don't have time to put a bunch of gunk on my face in the morning anyways-- I'd rather sleep. I only put on mascara and stuff for fancy occasions lol
@OWBOCS, I just wear makeup because I go to a fancy boarding school and people give you strange looks if you don't. I wish we didn't have to, I don't like makeup
@OWBOCS, haters gonna hate
@OWBOCS, the idea is that you look pretty without makeup so what is the point in putting makeup on. You can save yourself time and money.
@OWBOCS, The fact that you're confident enough to not wear makeup is more attractive than whatever makeup could accomplish.
@OWBOCS, I don't wear makeup because I'm lazy
@OWBOCS, you're probably ugly
@Therapists, omg that was about the best thing I've ever seen! The timing was perfect!
@Richard Cypher, yoo a fellow sword of truth/legend of the seeker fan!
@Richard Cypher, your father would not approve of this statement!
@OWBOCS, I haven't worn make up in several years...I've had a few people tell me I should wear make up but then I just respond with, 'well, you should wear a paper bag over your head, but we don't all get what we want....'
@Theangrycommenter, Sorry dude, but biology doesn't attract you to thinness or thigh gaps (same thing really). If biology alone determined your attraction, you'd likely be attracted to larger, stronger, more robust women. As far as biology is concerned, thin = unhealthy. And in truth, most women achieve thinness via unhealthy means. Now, if you're attracted to cut and muscular women, that could be biology. But thinness and thigh gaps is pure media perception. It wasn't even a full century ago that thin people were actually considered unattractive. It was until TV came along that thinness became attractive.
@Katpee, what are you talking about? Low body fat is a sign of healthiness, which is why we are attracted to thinness. Low body fat = healthy cardio and respiratory system, since you can't have one without the other. Both things are primal to survival and will lead for a longer life expectancy. Biologically, finding someone with these traits is helpful for the survival of our offspring. Of course your right, nobody is attracted to girls who look malnourished, but the problem is, you couldn't tell the difference between someone who was physically fit, and someone who was just skinny without seeing them naked. The problem with these thin unhealthy girls is they lose muscle and fat weighs less so they have the same shape as a healthy woman. Our eyes and any other of our senses can't detect body composition of someone wearing clothes so we can't be sure what we're actually looking at and so the mind assumes that thinness = healthiness. And no thinness is not the same as having a thigh gap.
@Theangrycommenter, you can easily tell thinness from fitness, unless you're in Alaska or some other cold region. And seriously - do a little research. Thinness only became attractive recently. Thickness (not obesity) is a stronger indication of health, since in nature thin usually means malnourished. Let me reiterate out of likely necessity: musculature, fitness, can be spotted easily with clothes on. And wtf does a thigh gap have to do with biology? That wasn't even a "thing" until the last few years. Also, thin /= healthy cardio, as low body fat does not mean unclogged arteries. Seriously, research it a little bit. If you're going to claim science then do some research on it. And don't tell me you did, because I know you didn't, it shows. Sorry man. No one likes the idea that they think what they do because they were manipulated into it, but it happens ALL the time. In fact, if you're young - and I would guess you are - then most of what you believe was handed to you by someone else
@OWBOCS, Keep doing what you're doing. The best thing about my girlfriend is that she doesn't wear make-up
@Katpee, I can't believe someone could be so ignorant. I quit, I'm never using the internet again. You're so dense that you just opened a black hole. Light can not escape the bottomless pit that you call your mind. Rest in piece all life on our beautiful green earth. Holy lord do you realize how dumb you are? Okay let me explain. You know those hyperbolic stories where everyone is taught to conform and follow what they're told? Remember how silly those stories are and how many times that doesn't happen? That's how silly you are. The media could make being fat the newest trend and guess what? If be perfectly done with all the thin girls who are now deemed ugly. Hell everyone is attracted to "ugly" girls despite what the OVERLORD MEDIA tells them. Please shut your mouth, there's scientific research done on the reason men and women are attracted to certain characteristics. Obviously you don't know that, but the media, many others and I do.
Name an characteristic that is a "media creation man" and I'll spend a few minutes explaining why you're wrong and why you're being stupid. It's always funny to see people like you. That think people just let corporations run their lives and a control them but you, yes you seem to think you're enlightened and corporations will never touch you. You seem to think masses will follow blindly for no particular reason. That we're attracted to something just because we're told to. Everyone but you is just a media creation and ready to be controlled. Have you ever thought about getting into corporate america?
@OWBOCS, lol the only reason I wear makeup is because it is fun to put on. I couldn't care less about if I look good or not.
@Theangrycommenter, like I said - do your research. You've still ignored what I said TWICE about how thinness wasn't attractive until TV came along. That's the truth. And it's not just the media - if you're young, and you obviously are, then the vast majority of what you believe was handed to you by someone else. Get as angry and snarky as you like. It's no replacement for facts or truth. I've just named some things and instead of looking them up, you just got pi$$y about your paper thin "argument" being torn apart (I'll refer you to my previous posts where I owned your dumba$$). You can choose to believe it or not, I couldn't care less. But know this: I don't make things up. And if I'm wrong, I don't have a problem admitting it. But I'm not wrong. And even if I were, you can't keep it together long enough to put up a serious argument. You just fall apart and start mudslinging in place of intelligent thought. You're right to give up. Have a good night. I know I will :)
@OWBOCS, I am 27 and have maybe worn make up twice in my life. I don't like it and it takes waaaay to long. Power to the no make up chicks!!!!!!
@OWBOCS, I don't wear make up either. I can't relate on the other part though, people don't tell me I should wear it. Maybe they think I'll still be ugly with it haha.
@Darknut, hell yeah
@OWBOCS, You could always kill them, but it's just an option.
@Theangrycommenter, thigh gaps are a new concept, technically a healthy thick waist and large breasts and ass are indicators of a strong breeding female which is what you would be biologically attracted to. Thinness and thigh gaps can cause complications in the birthing process that could lead to death of the mother and/or child.
@CSC, one of my best friends never wears makeup ever. She just doesn't care enough about it to wear it. Yet she doesn't need it to be absolutely beautiful. I don't know why society says makeup is how a girl looks beautiful because it doesn't make much sense to me. Of course they're beautiful without it!
Unless you look like you're the result of 100+ years inbreeding and got your face stuck in a machine.
Or you're a regular at Walmart
I would totally agree with this, but that seems alot more work than puttin on a push up bra. Not that i would know since I dont have saggy melons...or melons at all...Ok this took a weird turn
Just to be fair... muscle can be gained by doing sports. Girls can't just go like "well, im going to grow some bigger boobs now..."
@Z0mbieP0ny, if only! :(
@Z0mbieP0ny, sure they can. Just get pregnant and they grow!
But with push up bras.. If you took off our bras you would still get boobs.. If I took that shirt off I would slowly back away.
@BoJo, a lot less boobs
@BoJo, you know that disappointment when you open a bag of chips and it's half empty?
@tampon theif, still better than a bag full of plastic chips
@tampon theif, so you are always disappointed? The air is there for a reason. As long as the chip weight is the same as what is printed on the bag, then it's all good.
As a female, I can tell you that we don't wear push up bras and wear makeup and dress nice to impress other people, let alone guys. We do it for ourselves. It's nice to feel good about yourself, whether you're wearing a padded bra or not. We don't do it to influence the thoughts of others around us. It's no secret that girls tend to be insecure, so don't shame us for trying to feel good about ourselves.
@GreenDayGirl, while I'm sure that's true of you, I've no doubt that there are indeed women who use those products for the sole purpose of attraction and seduction...
@GreenDayGirl, I personally don't like wearing makeup or anything. But I don't like it when people judge other girls saying they wear too much make up or they're fake or whatever. If that's what makes them happy then let them have it. I admire them for all the work they put into looking good. I wish I wasn't too lazy to do that.
@GreenDayGirl, I feel like alotttt of girls dress like that to impress guys
@GreenDayGirl, I completely understand where you're coming from and wholeheartedly agree with you. However, from a man's point-of-view, it's just as the image depicted above. What if the opposite were true? What if you scored a hot guy for the night and were gettin' down to it, then you lifted off his shirt to find that THING underneath. Regardless of whether he wore it to make himself feel better or not would still make you feel like your attraction was built upon false hopes and ridiculous-ness.
@GreenDayGirl, as a guy id prefer you girls can feel good about your natural beauty. Its there, and its real.
@The Linguist, Wearing fake abs is a little different than wearing makeup. Guys without abs can still look great and be attractive. Some girls just really don't look as good without a little makeup on. Whenever I don't wear makeup, not one guy would tell me I looked nice or pretty. But when I wear just a little makeup and do my hair, I can actually get compliments. It's just how society works with how women are portrayed in media.
@GreenDayGirl, as a female, I agree. I like how larger boobs look with certain outfits, so push up bras are necessary.
@Arcanine in a tophat, This is true, but it still makes you think you've been a little bit cheated, no? This guy has the chest, and the abs, but suddenly he doesn't. He's not what you thought he was.
@GreenDayGirl, so would you appreciate a guy who wears one of these?
@The Linguist, Well to be fair, makeup doesn't completely change the face. So the guy can still tell exactly what she has, but it just looks a little nicer. I wouldn't have a problem with guys wearing makeup if that were a thing, but it's not haha
@Arcanine in a tophat, True.
@GreenDayGirl, I can't speak for all guys, but for myself - I do enjoy when women dress up and wear makeup. But it's also very important to me that my gf know she doesn't need it to drop me to my knees. It's important that she's as to feel about herself without the makeup. And I know some guys are appsholes and try to shame you for wearing too much cosmetics. But some if us aren't shaming you for it, some of us just want you to realize that it's unnecessary, some of us want you to be aw to feel good about yourself without the makeup. Because the cold, hard truth is that needing makeup to feel good about yourself detracts from your character. I'm not saying that to put anyone down, and I certainly wouldn't reject you in any way for feeling like you need (or whatever) makeup. It doesn't make you a bad person. It doesn't make you shallow or ditzy. It just...limits your potential, or rather, it limits you from achieving your full potential, personality-wise
@GreenDayGirl, I'm a guy and I can't confirm this
@GreenDayGirl, and some people wear them out of necessity. If you just happen to be blessed with bigger boobs, but a smaller size around, finding bras that aren't push up is one of the hardest things you can do.
@GreenDayGirl, i completely understand and agree with you. Fck what others think, I dress/do my makeup the way I want to look. Not for anyone else.
@GreenDayGirl, so you do it all the time? Like when you are home all day alone?
I wear make up because I like the way I look with it I don't wear it because anyone told me to and I don't make people feel bad whether they wear too much or wear none at all, it's about how YOU feel about it not how others feel about it
I think it's amazing that this app can randomly have deep conversations about this kind of stuff :) way to go, guys
I love makeup. Pictures that try to make me feel bad for that bother me.
Lol I have the chest...but just fatty abs...
Ha... I've never used one of those before ha ha... *awkward fidgeting*
I wear minimum natural makeup. Why? Because after years of being bullied, I felt more comfortable hiding my flaws than showing them. Several other girls do this too. Not to make them look good, but to feel good about themselves. Thank you *bows dramatically*
I want this
Push up bras are the only thing that keeps mine from going all over the place. Besides I've never had a guy get disapointed enough to leave or walkaway because my bra made my boobs look bigger than they actually are -_-.
We don't wear push-up bras and make-up for you guys. Some of us are just insecure....
F*** off and let people wear what they want. If you think wearing makeup makes people fake then you should probably stop being such an idiot. Nobody has bright red lips and gold around their eyes anyway. They are not wearing it for you. They are wearing it because they like it.
@OWBOCS, Natural beauty is so much better. Makeup is not bad but it only highlights what is already there.
@crimson, or masks it...
Introducing the "pushup bro"
@An Android, "wonder bro"
@An Android, ..
@An Android, ...
Where can I uh.. Find one of these... Not that I'm interested. .. Just curious of the price is all..
Now do you realize how stupid and fake reposts are with different captions?
I dont get it
I am batman!
OMG!Something real cool happened in english class. So there is this Laura that i am 100% sure that she's gonna be a hooker. And the teacher says to her: Laura aren't you wearing a bit to much make up for not having your homework? Laura just looked down in disgrace. So i turned to my best friend and did the kideatingthesandmeme face. I is evil.
@Tilko 55, *too much ... maybe you should pay attention more in English class and stop being a d!ck
can i get an amen!
Fun fact: some girls where push up bras because they NEED TO. Sometimes, the support from a normal bra isn't enough. Just saying *backs out of room*
No you know what's stupid? Judging girls based solely on their "beauty" and putting them down enough to make them feel like they need those things.
No, I don't. I wear VS push-ups, and I'm pretty open about that. The difference is, no amount of work will give me the breasts that society has made me want. This dude can just workout to get ripped, I will never be able to fix my breasts w/o dropping 10K.
I don't see how make up has anything to do with a man wearing an equivalent to a push up bra
24 March 2014 #24March2014
I cant stand fake, muscly men eek, rough n tumble any day of the week
Right, because a little padding means good dietary habits as well as good amounts of exercise
This only would work if you're skinny, if a chubby guy wore this it'd be a disaster
I wear push-ups but not for attention, I could care less, I wear em because my boobs aren't big and it lowers my self esteem especially when a fat chick picks on me for it-.- she's probably just jealous cuz I'm known as a toothpick (only 84lbs. And I'm not a little kid) and she's known by my friends and I as a land whale
I don't wear makeup... neither does my gf, and people are always surprised at her because of this
@Heyyythere, true some women wear layers of makeup that then doesnt look good
The only reason I bought a push-up bra once was cuz it was really pretty anddd cheaper than a regular one O_o
If you don't like push up bras I have some news for you...
How da fvuk are you supposed to get away with this? Like if you stretched and your shirt lifted people would see your pink plastic abs and just be like dafuq u srs rite now
@tulipsrchasingme, if someone tried to feel your abs, they'd be cold and I think that would creep me out. Cold hands are mildly acceptable, but cold abs...
They should make a bullet proof vest that looks like this
