Ah yes I remember cd’s... cd’s nuts
A laser burns pits into a disc which is read in binary
@CrazyRightWinger, today I learned
@CrazyRightWinger, oh so that’s y nobody knows what that is anymore cause the whole world is going non binary
You set them on fire, dumbass
@Mantis Tobaggan, You etch a pentagram on it, say the chant, light it on fire, and a music demon posseses the CD.
Dubbing tapes to share music with your bros was the best when I was a kid , even though I like how easy it is to share music today , there’s is just something missing for me
My dad has a wild collection of burnt CD's back when blockbuster was open, he would rent movies every weekend and then burnt them as seen fit
You got all the music you could ask for at the cost of the family computer
Wife asked me to burn her a CD of current music for her birthday and I readily agreed. But where can I get the music to download? Will Apple let me rip songs?
@Cheesesteakbob, if your Apple device still has a cd drive, it still has iTunes and might still burn to disk, but you would have to download mp3s because the otherwise it’s protected.
@Cheesesteakbob, use any device (CD, CC, DAT, YouTube, Spotify) then transfer the music to Audacity using a cheap analogue to digital converter available on Amazon, eBay, etc.
Then use audacity to normalise volume levels, trim the start and end points, and then burn to CD
@TheMightyImp, audacity is free ware. Careful where you download it from
@Cheesesteakbob, try limewire
@orion55, I like your method better than whatever the Fock TheMightyImp was talking about.
