I actually lose sleep thinking of the possibility of this happening to me when I get married who else have thought * get married to beautiful woman then find out its a trap what do I or you do?
Yeah. Probably not the best idea. It's actually kind of fvcked up. I'm sure you had a million chances to tell him before you got further in your relationship and yet you chose not to. Also, you led him to believe in something that is totally untrue. It's psychotic, actually. I mean, why not get into a relationship with someone who's ok with your.. biology? But what do I know, I'm just a dude on the internet.
*hops away at fast speeds like a gazelle*
@tha5th, I believe that is grounds for an actual full annulment of the marriage, since it was based on false pretenses or something like that
@Thatbright, In Christianity, that may actually be the case, you're right. In other religions, however, there is no annulment if the ceremony is performed by clergy. For example, in Catholicism, there is no such thing as annulment once you are unified in holy matrimony before God. Legally, though, yes annulment is hella possible if the ceremony is performed by a judge or civil servant that is ordained.
@tha5th, yeah I meant a legal annulment for sure
@Thatbright, fvck yeah
@tha5th, I think in this case an annulment is the best case scenario. He better hope he doesn’t rage out on him after he sees he has a willy.
@groundpounder04, even then, though. I mean, just imagine the girl of your dreams that you fell in love with and that you've been with and gotten used to for the past x years, suddenly comes out as something totally different. At the very least not what they said they were. I mean, the annulment is the LEAST of it. I would def be outraged. I would have to test drive a car before I buy it, know'm'say'n
@tha5th, he would have thirty seconds to gtfo before I beat him. That’s next level deceit. Of course, I don’t wait till marriage, so I wouldn’t be in this boat.
@groundpounder04, literally took the word of out my mouth.
Text out of my.. fingers? You get it.
@tha5th, not true, if the marriage isn’t consummated, it can be annulled in the Catholic tradition.
@tha5th, I would think in Catholicism (which is a type of christianity by the way), the "marriage" would not be considered to have been valid in the first place under the consideration that both parties are men.
@Thatbright, Shít’s gonna get awkward when they apply for a marriage license if the ‘bride’ is still legally called Dave or something!
@Hot Coffee, Wouldn’t you still need a legal annulment though?
@Thatbright, fvck an annulment is that’s grounds for a beat the motherfvcker to death
@Nellybert , yes, in the USA at least, maybe not in other countries. Furthermore, in the USA all you need is the legal annulment, at least as far as the government is concerned.
@sgc6610, in much of the world, it would be considered mitigating circumstances at the least, but you’d probably be executed in the USA
@Hot Coffee, Same in the UK. Our church ceremony was lovely, but the only bit that counted for anything legally was the two minutes signing paperwork at the end.
@tha5th, you can absolutely have a marriage annulled in the Catholic Church if there is reason to believe one of the parties was untruthful. This would 100% qualify. Plus, yeah, there’s the whole guy marrying a guy issue too.
@Sparks 1911, I think I'm being misunderstood here. Anyway, I missed the point.. or I forgot.. Idk
I dont want my husband to know this secret so ill put it on the internet instead
That's going to be one messy divorce
@Sexy Homunculus, can you imagine if the person said they wanted some of what you had after the divorce? “Judge... my wife’s a dude and I didn’t know..... come on”
@Sexy Homunculus, or a messy honeymoon. You know, cause of the poop.
trap meaning a guy changed to a girl, or a girl born with a dick, or a girl who got surgery to get a dick? either say trans or dont. I assumed trap meant its a guy dressing up as a girl but maybe im wrong
@Z0IDBERG, traps a guy faking being a girl just like this scenario
Something tells me this is bullsh*t seeing as he would then find out as you've posted it for the world to see. Nice try but I'm not that dumb
And this is why you dont wait til marriage.
What man hate? Is speaking the truth hatred now?
@I Are Lebo, “some men are Neanderthals that get violent.” - Statements like that could instantly set people against you, why build a wall in that manner?
@LightskinDarkNig, I don’t even understand what you mean by building a wall, but are you denying the existence of men who are violent towards people they don’t understand?
Seriously. There’s being compassionate, and then there’s being ignorant. Men aren’t Neanderthals. Some men act like they are. Denial of this is denial of reality. I’m not going to candycoat things because people like you are overly sensitive to the truth.
There’s also only two genders, conservatives aren’t evil, reverse racism is just racism, and yes, those pants make your ass look fat.
@I Are Lebo, you are instantly taking a defensive stance. You’re wearing your heart on your sleeve waiting for an opportunity to be hurt. If you would scroll up you’d see where I said this could get violent without calling an entire sex of people something insulting. The black community has seen a lot of this sort of thing. This is exactly what I’m talking about you didn’t ask, your question was merely a pedestal from which to launch your next assault. There’s a term for this kind of murder I just can’t remember it. I am not overly sensitive to truth. I could care less but I choose to pay attention. You can’t even see an advocate through the lenses of taking a defensive stance. Literally all I’m saying is you should listen, without insulting anyone, so you can be heard better.
@LightskinDarkNig, dude, your first comment to me was “you kept the man hate to a minimum”. Do you not see how that’s poisoning the well? I don’t hate men, and my comment wasn’t a commentary on all men. You put me on the defensive by throwing my own words at me, and then you’re going to preach at me like that?
It has nothing to do with launching attacks or standing on a pedestal. By making a definitive statement I open up an opportunity for people who feel or think differently than me to counter my point of view. I start strong so I can back up towards a common understanding, as opposed to starting off magnanimously so I can be ignored.
I didn’t insult anyone, and my question was sincere. Honestly, I find your take to be quite condescending.
@I Are Lebo, look how you can’t stop hating on me, you just said you like to find common ground, we’re standing on it back to back so of course this has devolved into this. Yeah that was a pretty toxic statement, I can admit when I’m wrong. I like to hold the mirror up for people to examine their beliefs, statements, themselves. It does rustle some jimmies in the process.
@LightskinDarkNig, I’m not hating on you. The idea that you would conflate criticism with hatred is a huge part of the problem with today’s society.
I’m confident that were we to have a full on in-depth conversation, we’d find we agree about far more than we disagree about.
@I Are Lebo, don’t take my use of hate as literal, just an expression
@LightskinDarkNig, dude, all I can go on is your words. I’m not going to read into everything everyone says for hidden meaning. You used the word hate multiple times.
@I Are Lebo, It’s a cultural thing around here, I didn’t notice my differing in its use in the last comment. The first time I did mean hate, this last most recent use I meant more like shade.
@LightskinDarkNig, fair enough. I’m currently in Israel on tour, and with the heat and the pain, it’s enough to make me cranky, and even when happy I have a tendency to be rather sharp.
Honestly, I hold no animosity towards you, and as I said, I’m sure we hold more in common than not.
@I Are Lebo, Respect for the tour, it all kind of clicked into place when you said that. I understand you better now. I went to military school and after that made decisions that prevented my service. Nothing but regrets there and jealousy that you get the opportunity to serve.
@LightskinDarkNig, not that kind of tour, but I respect that. I’m on Birthright. More of a tourism thing than military thing.
@I Are Lebo, Shallom brother. My given name is Hebrew, very much so. Though I am not.
People have literally been murdered for this. Be careful.
That's fųcked up. If you are a dude or former dude, you have to mention that.
I hope he doesn’t get beaten to death
@megamanx181x, no he's Christian so he'll just judge them to death
@ TouchMyCatEars, sounds about right
@ TouchMyCatEars, I bet you don't even see the hypocrisy in your own words...
Cut to him on trial for her murder.
Gonna be the shortest marriage
"The unboxing video is going to be nuts" -what a way to give away the ending
But I do agree.
That’s kind of a great way to get murdered. There’s a right way and a wrong way to reveal you’ve been keeping important something secret from your significant other, and in a secluded spot with blood pumping and adrenaline rushing is the worst place.
On top of the reveal itself, if events work to make him feel like you’ve been making a fool of him, some men are Neanderthals that get violent. If you look up the Transgender Day of Remembrance, a disturbingly high percentage of them over the decades were murdered by their lover.
@I Are Lebo, i think the sense of betrayal and anger over would be the leading motive. Enough anger justifies anything to a person in the heat of the moment and finding out someone was lying about their sex, making you fall in love with them illegitimately and raise then smash their hopes for the future would generate alot of anger.
@I Are Lebo, you kept the man hate to a minimum, congrats.
