@TheRatMan, I googled it, long story short, it is legal due to the wording of the 22nd amendment. He wouldn't be ELECTED president for a third time, therefore it is a legal loophole.

@TheRatMan, not a loophole. The 22nd amendment states that someone can be elected twice, and can serve up to 2 years of another's term. So maximum of 10 years.
