I'll take 'Scum' for $1000
@bigMoory, I killed him with a violent stroke
@bigMoory, I can only do about tree fiddy.
@bigMoory, to be slightly fair, that $17million sum of money is almost $100million today. That’s a pretty penny for a grandkid you didn’t even like
@Richard Cypher, and he said when interviewed if he paid the money he would have 11 grand kids kidnapped not 1.
@bigMoory, see above.
@NameyMcNameFace, Fair play
@NameyMcNameFace, and that is also more than likely true
I think they made a movie about this
@jouze, man on fire?
@Todamnfunny, thats a hell of a good movie.
@jouze, they did in 2017 called "All the money in the world"
@jouze, and also a T.V show called Trust
@T9x, that's the one
@T9x, fun fact about that movie. Originally the main part was going to be played by Kevin Spacey. But when the accusations came out against him, his scenes were reshot with Christopher Plummer in a matter of days or weeks.
Look up the actual story, this is close but the actual story is fücked..
This isn’t a “fun” fact
What a cheap ass
The more you know sycophantic behaviour the more you know the job chooses the person and therefore not many nice people become really wealthy
Well I guess it's hard to be attached to your grandkids when you've married and divorced five wives with the longest marriage lasting 19 years and the second longest lasting 4
I feel like this is missing something. Like why would he pay his son the $800k. Wouldn’t he have to pay the kidnappers?
@Richard Cypher, he gave 2.2mil as a gift and 800k as a loan is what I understood, the nappers got 3mil and the son had to pay back 800k
@HSA, apologies I missed the grandson/son part. So he loaned the 800k to his son to pay the ransom for his grandkid. That makes a little more sense
