Its from an era only 90's kids would remember.
@HeroOfFunnypics, well they were founded in mid 80's so 80's kids would probably remember, 70's kids would because they were teenagers, 60's kids because the would have been in their 20's and would probably remember them as well.... see where I am going with this?
@HeroOfFunnypics, 😲 im a 90's kid i remember this i always rented videos and playstation 1 games
@HeroOfFunnypics, hey, I'm a 00's kid and I loved these!
Lots of large businesses have come and gone but I think it's strange that blockbuster is the only one we notice and make fun of
@Polaroid, it's because some of us are still paying off late/rewind fees!!!
@obtuse gopher, Easy their Gramps, wouldn't want to set of thee ol' pacemaker.
@Polaroid, town & country
@Polaroid, It's because they are not all gone yet... There are pockets of them, like zombies that are just hanging on.
@DFYANT, shut up Alaska
@Polaroid, because not only are they gone, but have become obsolete. Not challenging you, but I can't think of a company other than blockbuster that has become obsolete.
@Polaroid, I think it's because blockbuster had the opportunity to survive they just took the wrong path and lost a battle to Netflix because they were clinging to their archaic ways
Moment of silence for the good ole days
I'm in bend Oregon right now and I swear I saw not just one but TWO operational blockbusters

Is that... the Stonehenge?
I bought a bunch of old blockbuster gift cards as a joke gift recently
It's from the "be kind, rewind" era
Jurassic Park 4 looks good
