I never understood obscure art like this, like how did they find out they could do it? Kind of like the dude that makes pictures out of salt and a black table, did he spill some salt one day and take a step back and say wait a minuet I got something here.
@Gerbosou, the best thing I can come up with is that some people just have an eye for those kind of things. It is pretty cool though.
@Gerbosou, bro it’s a brain thing. In high school I watch a kid get on MS paint and start drawing weird lines like an autistic, but after a few minutes you could see he was drawing a hand holding an eyeball with a crow standing over it. Blew my mind.
Some people are born with a brain that sees these things more easily than other
@Gerbosou, it can also be trained. I trained myself more and more to see proportions in photos and drawings and stuff even though I have close to no natural talent for that (in 2D). Still not perfect, but working on it.
However I seem to be way better at 3D stuff and can adapt faster to that than others.
It‘s kinda just learn it (with force if necessary) or get it as a gift and build up on that.
@Gerbosou, The salt thing is just drawing with a different medium and materials. Some people just have a really good eye for space and shading. This warped image though, i can only imagine was sketched on paper while observing the cylinder to see where he's going. Then fills it in with paint to his manner. Maybe he's done it enough times that he doesn't need to sketch anymore. 🤷♂️ I'm no artist and this is just my theory on it
@VibratingButtChomper, some people can think spatially. Came in handy in chemistry and biology 1 in college.
Burn the witch
@ Tobias Widower, That’s a dude. In other words, he’s clear.
So what's it like seeing in 4 dimensions?
I play POLYMERIZATION
Brilliant! Now do it with Deadpool and Madcap!
Nah nah nah nah nah.
This some major Bullshjt right there ! No !
I literally gasped
So how is he going to sell this art for me to enjoy?
@megamanx181x, just imagine, a giant reflective cylinder in the middle of your yard with the same style art on the ground.
@M1K3L4W, ..... I can imagine this
About to go through a very difficult breakup with my long term gf...now is as good a time as any to say how much I appreciate this community and how many laughs you all have provided me over the past 10 years. Means a lot to me and hope to have a few more as I go headfirst through this. Cheers, gang.
