Eh it still don’t exist lel
Religious ni🅱️🅱️as when they realize they followed the wrong religion and the other religious ni🅱️🅱️as who followed the correct religion, but didnt do it correctly
@K1l, "Well who was right, who gets into heaven?"
"I'm afraid it was the Mormons, yes the Mormons were the correct answer."
@Hatori, Where are the tablets?
@Link Silverblade, its a South Park joke
I’ll take my chances.
@Fuggles, what could go wrong?
@TurtleBlink, yeah, I’d be down to party with Good Guy Satan
@Fuggles, they say there's a heaven for those who will wait, some say it's better, but I say it ain't, I'd rather laugh with the sinners than cry with the saints, the sinners are much more fun.
Tbh, I might prefer hell. Not from the burning for eternity part, but because I don’t think I’d appreciate spending an eternity with someone who’d basically had a gun to my head for my whole life saying you really should be thanking me for this
@Captain Anderson, People go to hell because they are born into sin due to original sin. God sent his son to take our place, pay our debt to sin (something in no we cannot do on our own). He's handing you a free get out of jail free card.
@brathosan, Yes. He sacrificed himself, to himself, to save us from himself.
@Weird Porn Stash, yep. :)
@Captain Anderson, heaven is just hell with more options if you live forever you will eventually do everything and do it again and again and again into infinitum until you eventually stop thinking which is a far more torturous you will effectively been bored to death, death is a blessing never forget that
@brathosan, a get out of jail free card for the jail he built
@brathosan, something I don't get is that God could just get rid of hell. Why doesn't he do this?
@brathosan, So everyone that was born before the son was sent, will go to hell, regardless how good their heart is? I know this is the story but it really does not make sense: the original sin happened because the first people were flawed and God tempted that flaw by placing that tree in paradise. He could have not placed the tree there or designed people without flaws. So it was either a set up or god is not omnipotent/omniscient. In any of those 2 options, he would not be worthy of our praise. According your theology, all current suffering leads to that moment! God could easily end all suffering: he either can’t, don’t want to or does not exist. Think carefully, what option do you think it is?
@Smurf309fs, this is a lot to discuss over texting on a funny pics app, so please forgive me if I miss something. God's creation was perfect. No sin or pain or death. Man was not flawed. God placed the tree in the garden to give man a choice. If he had not, it would have been like creating robots with no free will. God is perfect and all good things come from God. God does not tempt. Through satan's lies and deceit Adam and Eve took a bite of the apple. It was their choice to do so, God allowed it. If he had not, then no free will. That choice brought sin into the world. That sin is separation from God. If everything good comes from God, then everything bad comes from sin and absence of God. That's our choice. Just as Adam and Eve had the choice, we do as well. Free will. Since God is perfect and we have been flawed by sin, we cannot enter heaven to be with him. But because God is a just and loving God, he provided a way for us. Our debt to sin was paid on calvary when Jesus died.
@Smurf309fs, Again, we are given a choice. It does require faith. As far as the old testament saints, there's debate over that. I personally believe that Christ's sacrifice extends to them as well. The Bible says God looks on the heart. There's a lot to discuss and debate about Christianity. I find it harder to believe that God doesn't exist. Our world has rules and order (as well as the entropy and chaos of sin). Although I struggle with the question of "where did God come from", it makes more sense than a ball of gas just existing and exploding and creating all of this by accident. I hope that all makes sense and I'm sorry for not quoting the reference verses. It's early and typing on the phone is a pain.
@brathosan, thank you for your answer. I do struggle with the whole premise of it all. So if God is omniscient, he would have known that allowing a free choice and adding the temptation to that would have this result. If the outcome was unexpected, he is not omniscient and his creation was not flawless. He has created the rules, the setting and the consequences. Next, who is in charge of allowing people to be with him? That would be himself, wouldn’t it? So he is the one that decided he wouldn’t allow anyone with free choice to be with him up until his son was sacrificed. Why would being sacrificed safe us from a sin that we had nothing to do with? In addition, for this all to be true, the story of adam and eve needs to have happened while DNA studies directly contradict it. We can actually track our ancestry and it does not lead to a single couple.
@Smurf309fs, oh man, there is so much to talk about here. We should get coffee. I think it all comes down to free will (something Christians still argue about as well). God knows everything, yes. It's hard to imagine what God is like, because we are so constrained by the dimensions we live in. God knew Adam and Eve would choose sin, but gave them the option anyway. There is some limit to that kind of free will, but it is still there. More than creating a being that just accepts and worships you. We can live God because he first loved us. I actually have a pretty good response to the DNA thing and ot goes along with my theory for evolution. Man would eventually grow and learn about the universe. If all roads led back to creation then the need for faith within our free will would be unnecessary. I believe the Bible to be accurate about the seven days of creation, but I believe that God made the earth (this is going to sound weird) as an adult. The same way that God created an adult
@Smurf309fs, and Eve, adult trees, animals, etc. The estimated age of the earth is part of God's design. This is just my theory. I think this also answers the question you had about A&E. God created them with all the necessary DNA to create all of our unique cultures. Again, just my own thoughts.
@brathosan, indeed. We should get a coffee! I really like a respectful discussion, even on difficult and personal topics. The art of listening to the other’s arguments and trying to understand them is lost lately. In many discussions, certainly on line, we have stopped seeing each other as persons it seems. Thank you for showing that it is still possible to have adult conversations. Unfortunately this chat does not really allow us to dive any further into this. Have a great life my friend!
If God is real, and is responsible for the life I have, and sentences me to hell for not believing in Him, or for not following His tenants, in spite of the fact that I try to be a good person, then I can be content in Hell, knowing that I’m more moral than God.
@I Are Lebo, nicely put 👌
If thats the case Im ok with it. Why praise a god who is to stubborn to prove his existence but will punish you for eternity for not believing
@T9x, There would be no alternative to belief if his existence was proven.
I'll take the endless void of unconsciousness, thank you
@GayShjtSniper, good ol' heat death of the universe.
Dont forget to add the other religions that were wrong. Lol
As the great comedian Jim Jeffries once said " Why would the devil punish you, you're one of his boys". Having heard this I thought I might as well just enjoy my life cos I know where I'm going and its 200° in the shade and serve bbq for breakfast lunch and dinner
Good ol' 'coochiefunds'
I had died once. Felt like I was sleeping, no pearly gates, just black. Woke back up in the hospital and excruciating pain. Don't be a dumbest on a motorcycle kids
You can believe in God and not have a religion...the more you know
Satanist n!ggas when they realize satan aint holding back on the butthole scorpions just because they were cringy edgy athiests in life.
@CocoasBro, better than what Satan is doing to those who defied his commandments or whatever they're called. Let's just say Epstein wishes he could have little ol' butthole scorpions. Well, when his brain is allowed time to think and wish. It's part of the torture.
@CocoasBro, wait so are they satanists or atheists lol?
@Tyler643, Cringy edgelord athiests pretending to worship their dark edgy god.
@mas2de, nah nah nah nah any diety that would punish a person for eternity for being gay, wearing plaid, or not being a virgin before marriage does not give a fvck that you worshiped it or that you were mostly good. If anything hell probably punish you more because your not a pedophile.
“Oh thank god, it’s not eternal nothingness!”
Yeah whatever god there is he isnt happy with any of us. Ill take my chances as a "heathen" but being a good person (i hope) to those who are good to me.
I’ll roll the dice anyway
