I don't understand why it's so cool to pretend like working out feels bad. Working out feels good. Really good. I almost bust a nut on ab/leg day.
Change my mind.
@faptcha, Some people just don’t get that high from working out. Unless I have a friend or TV show to distract me while I do it, I hate it
@TriangleTesticles, it's not something that happens when you're out of shape. You have to work your way up to it. It's also high intensity strength training that feels good to me. Steady state cardio, and the like don't do anything for me.
@faptcha, it does feel bad for people who haven't been doing it daily for months on end. That's like saying "why is it cool to pretend a rifle kicks like an elephant? It's easy. Really easy. I fire my rifle every day" like no shjt it's easier and doesnt hurt anymore.
@faptcha, why should we change your mind? Not my life. You do u and I'll do me
@faptcha, I’m in really decent shape, working out is awful, makes me feel like shjt every time. Look up “couch potato gene”
@faptcha, I've busted nuts doing pullups and situps before. Its really annoying.
@faptcha, i will say ive been feeling alot better doing just a easy workout in the morning after ive started gaining weight during pastry school
@faptcha, I am in pain every workout and I enjoy not being in pain
@dadood fromcheers, I used to have pain working. Sharp, sudden real pain, not muscle burn from exertion. So i did my research and spent a good 4 years focusing on posture and form, and now I have no pain. Gamer bod hurts.
@faptcha, 4 years? That's a lot of time my man. I'd rather just live in pain. And yeah it's hard trying to fit working out, gaming, and working regularly into a schedule but I find the time
@dadood fromcheers, with modern health care 4 years is practically nothing. lol it takes longer than 4 years for most college kids to realize theyve made a terrible mistake
@faptcha, maybe not but when compared to what else you could also learn in that time, idk I'd rather be in pain but learn a little of everything than focus one thing and not be in pain. Again that's just me
@dadood fromcheers, that's true. 4 years was just therapy tho, not study. Adjusting your body chemistry, and retraining muscles improperly developed from a life time of screens takes devotion, but it's kind of an all day life style adaptation that doesn't really require the same amount of focus as actually learning about posture and form.
@hasher2288, you're right. I get all preachy about because it's important to me.
@Foreskin Ripper, almost on pullups. But I stop before I make a mess.
@faptcha, ahh I see, I miss understood and do apologise. I thought you meant like you went out of your way to study for the sake of knowing not because it's useful to you.
@faptcha, when you have asthma working out doesn’t feel good.
Because at least your body cries about getting healthier. You just cry about being fat.
And when I pee my dick is crying.
Im not crying! Its just hot in here, my eyes are sweating!
I don't do that to my body
Because I hate myself??
If I have diarrhea, my bum is crying?
